The Man Who Murdered Chris Kyle, The American Sniper, Should Be Profiled As A Suspected Muslim Jihadist (AMERICANS NEED TO START LEARNING HOW TO PROFILE MUSLIMS)

The Man Who Murdered Chris Kyle, The American Sniper, Should Be Profiled As A Suspected Muslim Jihadist (AMERICANS NEED TO START LEARNING HOW TO PROFILE MUSLIMS)

By Walid Shoebat (Shoebat Exclusive)
When we evaluate cases for potential Muslim terrorists, we always look for physical signs like a trimmed mustache and a beard that is lesser trimmed. And when it comes to a crime that was committed, we look at who the victims are. In  the story on Eddie Routh who murdered Chris Kyle, there are signs of concern, especially the facial hair, it does match the profile of a convert.

Eddie Routh. Notice the trimmed mustache.
Also, Routh was a prison guard over Muslim terrorists at Bilad Airbase in Baghdad in 2007. He never served in battle, but spent most of his time looking and talking to Muslims in jail. He could have likely interacted with the inmates and got converted; prison has a higher conversion rate than any mosque. Also,  why would he kill a Navy seal who was known to have killed so many terrorists?
Although there needs to be more investigations to prove that Routh converted to Islam, the possibilities are there. After all, there could be a motive to kill Kyle who became a wanted man for the Sunni insurgents he was targeting, had a price put on his head and was dubbed the Shaitan – devil – of Ramadi. That plus Kyle was an ‘Islamophobe’ who was open about his rightful hatred for Islam and the Quran. This makes him wanted.
Examining his killer gives also clues.  “During a phone call with his father, Routh expressed sympathy for the detainees and discontent over how the US was conducting the war as well as his reluctance to engage in combat” and “While working as a guard at Balad Air Base, Routh laments his [Muslim] prisoners’ poor living conditions”.
What the media says that Routh had Post Traumatic Disorder is simply untrue. According to The Warfighter Foundation:
“Eddie Routh served one tour in Iraq in 2007, at Balad Air Base (the 2nd largest U.S. installation in Iraq), with no significant events. No combat experience. Let me say that again, he NEVER SAW COMBAT or any aspect of traumatic events associated with a combat deployment (i.e. incoming mortar or rocket fire). He never left the base, EVER.”
The Warfighter Foundation, a nonprofit veterans group, filed a Freedom of Information Act request to obtain information about Routh’s service record. It was through the information they received that the group discovered Routh had not experienced any type of combat.
“[Routh] held a non-combat arms occupation of 2111 (Small Arms Repairer/ Technician or more commonly referred to as an Armorer),” the group reported. “Balad Air Base had a Pizza Hut, 24 hour Burger King, Subway, Popeye’s, Baskin Robbins, movie theater, and even a miniature golf course. It even had a strictly enforced 10 mile per hour speed limit!”
So what is all this hoopla about him having PTSD?
It is known fact that Routh’s family contacted Kyle about their son’s diminishing mental health. Routh was admitted to inpatient psychiatric treatment prior to the events at Rough Creek Ranch, according to a report from the Daily Mail. But at times even all this is meaningless. My father was diagnosed as bipolar and I warned the rest home who thought I was mad to say he was a dangerous Muslim fundamentalist until they one day had to call the police after he held patients as hostages because a black nurse refused to convert to Islam after his persistant attempts.
Fundamentalist get an excuse bill. My father obtained his papers of all sorts of mental disorders in order to get a retirement and to evade police. “Routh had been taken to a mental hospital twice in the past five months and told authorities that he was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, police records show,” the report says. One Pakistani terrorist in California used the same excuses after shooting Jews and they usually get away with it.
Further bolstering the rationale for expanded mental health screening and treatment is the case of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. Prior to his enlistment in the Army, Bergdahl had been administratively separated from the Coast Guard for mental health reasons. Bergdahl disappeared from his command post in Afghanistan in 2008 and spent 5 years as a supposed Taliban prisoner of war. Yet we have proven beyond a shadow of doubt Bergdahl was a convert to Islam. He is no mental illness case.

ITS TIME WE PROFILE

In America, we profile folks mostly within a psychological framework and at times we miss crucial signs, that being infected with fundamental Islam is not some psychological illness, but that fundamental Islam can kill. Eddie Ray Routh murdered Kyle and his friend Chad Littlefield in cold blood and now with the new information revealed that, while the gunman is said to have had serious mental health problems, so they say, PTSD was not among them, especially since he never served a day in combat.
However, major media outlets continue to beat the PTSD drum, adding to the stigma associated with PTSD and mental illness, to the detriment of America’s veterans and mental health care at large. The last thing on the radar of media is that Routh could have been a convert to Islam.
There are usually signs. We have maintained that Americans still need a lesson or two when it comes to the politically incorrect guide in profiling Muslims who could potentially be dangerous, especially now that more than a decade after 9/11 and with the latest terror attacks, Americans who come across anyone who has a turban, most, it was found out, mistake that person of being Muslim. So we decided to shed some light, yes, and we will write it in blunt fashion with no pun intended, on the politically incorrect guide to profiling Muslims. Americans by large are as naive as a kindergartner on his first day in school, who confuses Sikhs from India, who dress up in colorful huge turbans confusing them as Muslim fundamentalists. This is according to a study released this Monday.
Just as we profiled Routh, the simplest method we maintain in profiling a Muslim when it comes to headgear, is that a reversal of your projected image about Muslim headgear makes a better chance for a positive identification of your subject: the bigger the turban, the lesser chance that this man is a Muslim fundamentalist.

American Sniper: The Voice of Veterans

American Sniper: The Voice of Veterans

“This city is haunted by ghosts from broken homes.“ -Alexisonfire

Well, it’s a new year. Welcome to 2015. This is the year we were supposed to have flying cars and hover boards. Color me disappointed.

However, what 2015 HAS given us is a voice. I say this because I just saw American Sniper yesterday. I’m not going to get into Chris Kyle as a man. I never had the privilege of knowing him. I have a few friends that operated with him, and had nothing but great things to say about him. I’m not going to sit and bitch about any Hollywood inconstancies that arise when flash and pomp take precedence over authenticity.

I am, however, going to talk about the precedence this film set for veterans and the direction I’m hoping the population of this country will take.
American Sniper, though being marketed as a hero movie, goes far beyond that. It isn’t an action movie. Yes, there IS action in the film; but it’s not the sole focus. I can see a lot of people leaving the movie disappointed because there wasn’t as much running and gunning as in say, Act of Valor or Lone Survivor.

What the movie accomplishes, for me and for US is that it finally depicts WHY coming home is the hardest part for most of us. So many movies in Hollywood either touch briefly on the subject, but miss the mark. The Hurt Locker, love it or hate it, has a very poignant scene in the grocery store where Renner’s character has returned from a tour in Iraq and life seems mundane and boring compared to the excitement and rush of defusing bombs. The premise is botched in that, most veteran’s aren’t missing the experience because they’re bored and need an adrenaline rush; they miss their brothers and that bond that frankly WILL NEVER be experienced here at home. THAT is the drug for which most of us are fiending.

The flipside is the movie Brothers. The movie portrays Tobey Maguire’s character, a TBI inflicted Iraq war veteran, as a time bomb full of rage and insecurities. He lashes our violently against his brother, who didn’t serve and his wife who developed feelings for his brother. The movie rubbed me the wrong way in that, yeah the guy got pissed, but not all of us pull a gun out and start getting all stupid with it. The end of the movie was very condescending, I felt. It said to me, “be careful around these crazy dudes, they’ll lose their minds over perception.” All it did was reaffirm the stigma that we as a community are trying to distance ourselves from.

American Sniper portrayed Chris Kyle as a guy trying to do the best he could in shitty situations. Doing what he had to in order to protect American lives. It highlighted perfectly that coming home is almost impossible. There’s always an urge to go back and keep working. Not for fortune or glory, but for each other. The way I always thought was, “if I don’t go, who will?” I couldn’t bear the thought of some 18-19 year old kid taking my perceived place in the long line of casualties. American Sniper showed the anguish at the bureaucracy of the Iraq war and the tough decisions that had to be made and later scrutinized by someone at home on the couch. He even said, “we’re at war, and I’m going to the mall.” It accurately shows the disillusionment of returning to a country that isn’t engaged in any capacity with what’s going on with their troops. It captures the essence of what it’s like to come home and try to assimilate into a society that is oblivious.

It’s most powerful statement was that it clearly shows the absolutely bitter loneliness a vet can experience coming home. I don’t mean loneliness as is synonymous with solitude. Kyle was surrounded by family and loved ones. He had reasons to celebrate his life, his wife, and his babies. Yet, he still felt a void. He had the support structure of a family that needed him, yet he couldn’t relish in the love they gave. He could not sit back and enjoy being home, due to the longing for his brothers and a crippling grief for the men he could not keep from harm. These feelings, as I type them, could seem so trivial to a civilian reading this. “Guilt” and “loneliness” are emotions people go thru daily, yet no one is making a movie about them. That is the separation in our generation, even our emotions, though labeled the same, are so very different from the average straight. I’m sure there are Doctors that grieve over losing a patient, however, that patient probably wasn’t their best friend. I’m sure people experience loneliness because they’re by themselves a lot, but true loneliness comes from being surrounded by your loved ones and still feeling alone. This is the strength of the movie and what lends itself to us as veterans and our struggle to find our place in the world. This resonates with us, and hopefully opens the eyes of the general public as to what we feel every day.

That’s the first direction I’m hoping the country will go. It’s sad that I live in a country where the only way to truly reach the members of society isn’t through literature or research, but with pop culture. But, them’s the breaks. The optimist in me says that people will have at the very least, a better insight into WHY we feel the way we do. It’s not always nightmares and outrage, sometimes, most of the time, it’s a silent suffering. It doesn’t stem from a need for adrenaline, or bloodlust. It stems from a desire for a purpose that is bigger than ourselves; Our yearning to be around people we would literally die for, no questions asked; and a regretful grief for living when others whom we deem more worthy, died. We analyze and dissect every decision and action we made, wondering if we could have made a difference. Not a difference in foreign policy or winning a war single-handedly, but the difference between you coming home to an empty barracks room or your buddy coming home to his wife and kids.

The pessimist in me is starting to notice the seeds of a trend being sown. It’s that bashing our military, or at the very least, being anti-military, is going to become “cool” again. I’m not going to comment on Rogen or Moore’s idiotic comments about American Sniper. I was once a Rogen fan and always thought he was more discerning than most in Hollywood, and Moore is irrelevant now, both as a film maker and a human being. Bush isn’t in office, therefore he lacks a villain at which to point fat, sausage-esque finger. The reviews are all over the place and a striking majority are calling the film pro-war and anti-Muslim…

However, I read a piece by Amanda Taub (just google it if you care to) in which she bashes the film and accuses it of “rewriting American history.” Her point of contention was that the film was too black and white for her tastes. She calls the war in Iraq a grey area, which I agree. I also agree with her disdain at the treatment of the conventional troops in the film as cannon fodder or inferior to the SEALS in importance. However, she smashes on Eastwood’s flick by calling into question the lack of mention of G.W. Bush, WMD, or Saddam Hussein. She accuses the movie of inventing fictional characters for Kyle to fight. I’m taking this as she is mad the movie didn’t take a political stance or mention any of the media hype, hot buttons, or buzzwords normally associated with the war in Iraq.
My answer to that: Yeah, no shit.

The film wasn’t about any of that because for US, the war wasn’t about any of that. Do you think any of us gave a fuck about Saddam Hussein, WMD, Bush, Cheney, or any of that shit that was being ejaculated by the news? The film wasn’t about grey areas, because to us it didn’t matter. All that mattered to us was the guy to our left, and the guy to our right…and especially the guy that still had a can of Skoal. It wasn’t that we were willfully ignorant of the issues surrounding the Iraq, or that we were in denial, but when your finger is on a trigger, when you’re face is covered in your friends’ brain matter, you aren’t thinking about “good and evil” or “grey areas.” That is the entire point this civil rights attorney misses, the film was about a man on the ground and the struggle to come home with a head full of grief and regret, not the Iraq war itself.

The movie didn’t really take a political stance at all. Yes, it mentioned 9/11, but it didn’t tie it to Iraq. It tied it to Kyle the way it was tied to all of us. 9/11 signaled to a generation that we are not safe, that there ARE people out there that want to kill us, on our own soil. Yet, here is the left, all up in arms about a movie about one man’s struggle in a war. They create paper tigers to go after in order to blackball these movies into oblivion. They refuse to see the good in this film as it pertains to veterans, because they don’t care about veterans.

I fear the plaid shirt, hash-tagging, trust-fund protestors are going to start coming out of the woodwork. The people who have kept their mouths shut because the war was still ongoing, are going to come forward and start openly bashing on us. The war is “officially” over and as a country, we are no longer engaged in combating terrorism with any sort of genuine commitment. That allows the dissenters to come out of their holes now that it’s less likely someone is going to say “dude, my brother/husband/dad is over there right now.” Because, at the end of the day, they still don’t want to offend the “victims” of veteran’s decisions, only the vets themselves.

To the people that saw the movie for what it was, it was a glimpse into our world. It offered up our collective hearts to you in a manner a typical, movie-going civilian would understand. That is powerful, and hopefully opens a broader dialogue about our struggle to really come home. This is what we’re thinking and why we’re still fighting. As far as our silent war goes, this movie got it right.
To those that saw it as more “pro Bush/Iraq/Right Wing/anti-Muslim” political statement and wants to bash it and our military, I say this:

The movie wasn’t for you. It was for the guy with mud on his boots and a hole in his heart, and for the families that are left to pick up the pieces. Go back to your latte.

America come and get your FREE CHEESE!

America come and get your FREE CHEESE!

Remember there is always free cheese & goodies in the mouse trap. I find it amazing how the progressives, communists, marxists, islamist. Always have the same style of words they flow as honey sweet and inviting, how they speak with the smoothness of the enticing serpents tongue. Like poetry it sounds come eat and pleasure your selves for free there is no God no Devil we are your master we will do what you’re not able to do we know best how you should live.

You see when the serpents offer you Free you should run the other way. 50+ yrs now they sold America on the War on Poverty = today more poverty than when they started. In 30 yrs California’s socialist agenda took the worlds #6 economy and destroyed it, hence how many thousands have moved to Utah and many hundreds to Sevier county to Retire why? Because they cannot live under the Socialist etc. economy they created high tax high everything, cheaper to retire in Utah or other states, New York and other progressive controlled places same way.

When they say Planned Parenthood what a nice set of words the reality is planned baby slaughter and population control like China. When they claim we are the Uniter of the races and class’s, they are the opposite. We will work with you, another lie, They give their speeches for the zombies, drones, zealots who follow them without thinking but lusting selfishly for the Free promises. Nothing is Free someone pays for it. The Obama state of the Union would have been more honest with the USSR or China or Cuban or N. Korean Flags in the back ground with their national anthems playing. You witnessed a tyrant dictator who lies as smooth has his master serpent Lucifer, who then blames others for his actions and in-actions.

The ACA Obamacare is the Root of all Marxism of the last 100yrs why they have been trying to force it upon us for over 60yrs. Control, higher taxes on everything, and when you control a person’s health, food, environment you control the person. You are about to experience life under the KGB, oh yes TSA what can I say your sexually harassed just to fly and see how easily it is to train society into a communist program. Class Warfare blame the rich, when the Gov is the #1 reason the economy is suffering, high taxs some of the highest on Earth, environmental damnation of all they can damn the progress on, farming, ranching, energy, food, water, etc. BLM, DNR, now the justice system, all controlled by the secret forces of darkness.

If you believe Obama then I have some beach front property on Mars I will sell you 5 million a square mile what a deal, and it comes with breathable atmosphere as well. Don’t be so gullible, learn history (not from your Gov Schools propaganda) Gov controlled schools is how you control the rising generations and make them your followers, for $$ you will teach what we tell you, is how they control your schools.but from real history books for history is repeating and you will witness the collapse of the western nations and America and WW 3.

The game is afoot we are in check mate and Obama and his allies are on the enemies side.

Patriots Pack Court… Douglas County Officials Attack Them!

Patriots Pack Court… Douglas County Officials Attack Them!

I have not showered or shaved since Thursday morning. That’s next, but I need to get this out. PLEASE READ and share!

gav1
A few of the meager things we were given in the jail.
I’m exhausted, but glad to be with family. Thank you all for the kind words, prayers and pressure placed on officials.  They were totally hammered by your calls and that likely had a big effect on my dad Grant and I being released, as they planned to hold us longer. Rumor is they were getting so many calls they shut down the switchboard.
Videos are coming soon. I had a chance to see them for the first time tonight and they are incredible and awful at the same time. Patriots showed up at the court on Thursday because we learned before the trial that they were rigging the court to make an example of Tell Shasteen. See the original article here. It seems when a public official commits a crime, they in turn charge a citizen with whatever THEY committed.
The morning dawned like no jury trial you have seen. Security was in the parking lot questioning everyone and asking if they were jurors, so they could usher them away. Police were everywhere and all hands were on deck. But on Jan 15th, a small band of patriots stood up to them and to the court like America has never seen.
It happened fast. I had run out to the car for a power cord and the moment I was out, they sprang. When I ran back into the courtroom it was in complete chaos. Douglas county sheriff’s deputies where dragging Nathan, body slamming anyone in their path and hauling him out. — Patriots were blocking the doors as police dragged Nathan out, kidnapping him from the courtroom at special request from the judge before she even entered the chambers. He had done nothing illegal and was literally sitting quietly in a chair waiting for things to start. But they knew that he, like me, had been helping Tell, as a friend, get ready for the big day.
I rushed in and addressed Judge Judith L. McCauley, who had just entered, calling her out on what was happening. They tackled and arrested me, hauling me off. There’s more, but that will be clear in the video. Off I went to jail!
I don’t mean to whine here.  I stand for justice and there is a cost to that stand. But you need to understand how the jail system is mentally abusive and demoralizing. Not necessarily physical abuse, for it is sometimes done politely. It’s that the entire process is designed to break the spirit of all who enter. Lights are on even when sleeping, jailers come in and work in the middle of the night to break your rest. When moving you around, they leave you in tiny stone rooms for more time than necessary; just so they can gleefully remind you that THEY are in control! At great effort YOU must keep your head held high.
Everyone locked in these walls is treated as subhuman, regardless of crime or guilt. Understand that nothing about these halls had anything to do with justice. It’s a dark reflection of the tyrannical system we have allowed outside. It was quite an experience, being in there with my father and that part was a great comfort.
To give you an idea, After a night of barely any sleep, we checked out and moved from Chelan to Okanogan County. Locked in chains, we were put into the a small steel cage in the back of a van. When we arrived, now in our street clothes having checked out of Chelan, we were informed that we would be attending a hearing over video with Douglas County. They actually made us undress and get into prison clothes simply to stand in handcuffs before the judge.
I was arrested without charge, except them saying I was resisting arrest (a charge they removed from my citation) and was left in a tiny cement cell. Outside I could actually hear police on the phone with the prosecutor, talking about what they could charge me with. Shortly after I was taken, my dad was arrested and charged with multiple counts for simply not sitting in his chair. The judge had VACATED the chambers. The Sheriff himself, Harvey Gjesdal,  who actually assaulted the defendant in the courtroom, demanded that my dad sit down or be arrested. He stood up to him.
According to the courts OWN rules, it was supposed to work this way: You notify the judge that you will be filming proceedings. They cannot just refuse. They are required to respond with the conditions, or in rare cases, “why” they are disallowing filming. They have to articulate a legitimate reason to restrict. It cannot be simply because they “don’t want filming”. If you have any question on this feel free to contact the Washington State Attorney General. You can also read the court rule.
The fact is we were addressing the court on their own rules and they were in open VIOLATION of them. We had given them notices in writing that we would be filming and that Nathan and I would be there to assist the defendant. This is in no way in violation of the law. I was NEVER arguing with the judge about whether I could “represent” the defendant as news media is falsely reporting. I was addressing the judge on the illegal removal of Nathan and the fact that they were violating the law.
We we out of the picture, but Tell Shasteen handled himself incredibly as he defended himself to the jury. He had rulings and law that the prosecution was in no way prepared for. SO THEY SIMPLY REFUSED to let him speak about it and the judge readily aided the prosecutor in blocking him. They might might as well have forced the jury to convict him or skipped it all together.
The Douglas county court obstructed justice in nearly every way. All  for asking an officer a question, they rigged the court and sentenced Tell to 5 days in jail and a year probation and fines. This is like a sentence that an assault, or DUI offender would receive. JUST FOR ASKING A QUESTION. He is not in jail now however and the court violated so many of their own procedures and laws, that the entire case will likely be tossed out. Their actions match perfectly the definition of Kangaroo Court.
Douglas county is beside themselves with vengeance, but it won’t work. They have made up violations and charged me with Obstructing a Court, Disorderly Conduct, and Contempt of Court. Which are in fact only some of the crimes that THEY committed. My dad was charged with Obstructing a court, and Contempt of Court. Offenses that could (though rarely) result in over a year of prison.
This battle is the same one as the fight for our guns and our liberty. The actions of Douglas County took the court systems are in open assault on liberty. It will not stand.
Thank you all for helping, donating and standing. This is just getting started. We need all the help we can get, but liberty is worth the effort and this is going to be huge.
Stay tuned. — Gav

Douglas County WA Goes to Jury Trial to PUNISH Citizen for Asking a Question!

But the citizen and the patriots are taking them on!

Douglas County Washington is a farm community with a population of under 40,000 and lots of crony politics. Officials are spending massive taxpayer dollars to try and punish a man for demanding a police officer tell him why he was being stopped. It’s one of the many Counties in America where corruption is disguised under a covering of respect and politeness. Don’t let that fool you.
We see a lot of stories about the worst of the worst and police that do really bad things. In my recent article about what makes a good cop I raised the question. What about those officers who don’t seem so bad? This case illustrates the massive problem of micro-tyranny within America. Cases of abuse where life is not taken, but government goes to any length to keeps the jack boot of tyranny on the necks of citizens.

The case is going to trial! The patriots Are Coming.

This man is standing up. Myself and many fellow patriots are standing with him.
Douglas County in turn is blocking every path they can, withholding information and attempting to hamper the citizens rights to defend himself in order to uphold their abuse. We the people will NOT allow this behavior. Join us and pack the courtroom. Jan 15th, 8:30AM at the Douglas County District Court, 110 2nd Street Northeast #100, East Wenatchee WA. —  Join the Event!
take back courts
Government all over America is using illegal harassment to punish law abiding citizens under color of law and keep them in their place. The governments greatest fear is a people that will stand up. If a fraction of these abuses were taken to jury trial, with the defendants boldly representing themselves; this system of micro-tyranny would collapse and with it the larger abuses would be taken on.
This man is standing up to them and it’s going to jury trial. This is a County that does not even have it’s own jail, yet has the gall to waste tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars. Just to punish a citizen who dared to question their authority with a simple demand that the law be respected.
This is not about one case. It’s about a long train of abuse.  It’s the same conversation we had when we nullified i594. We plan to pack the courtroom and expose them. Judges and officials answer to the people and their authority does not override the Constitution.
On a lonely dark highway in Douglas county, officer Evan O’Mally stopped Tell Shasteen who was driving with Tammy Seim returning from a family dinner in Wenatchee. The officer comes up to the window and the driver reaches for his information as he asks the officer the reason for the stop. The officer then refuses to give the information, even though Washington State law requires officers to verify reason for their stop (give their authorization) when asked.
The driver asked a common question. Knowing about the issues with unmarked police cars in Washington and that people impersonating drivers are more frequently getting people to stop on the road at night to rob, assault or worse, he made the right choice. While this car was marked, the driver could not see that in the darkness . Officers can’t just stop you. They have to have a legal reason to do so and the driver wanted to verify that.
The officer refuses to comply. Despite the fact that even if there were no such a law, it’s a perfectly reasonable question. When the driver fails to give his papers fast enough, the officer opens his door, violating the 4th amendment even while admitting the driver was not then under arrest. The officer claims he does not need permission to open the door. The driver demands that the officer close the door, but he refuses and arrests the driver, charging him with obstruction, but later changing it to a lesser, but still criminal charge of non compliance. All using the same RCW that he (the officer) failed to comply with when he refused to give his authorization for the stop.
As it turns out the driver was stopped for doing 16 mph over the speed limit (he is not fight that citation). But despite his oath of office and the mission statement of the Douglas County Sheriff, the officer was more concerned about punishing this man for daring to ask a question that would help to legally verify the stop.
Kudos to this young man. As a side note. Always lock your door and always film. Had the driver done this, the officer likely would have backed off.
The driver, an employed 19 year old with no record, attempted to redress his grievances with elected Sheriff Harvey Gjesdal and Prosecuting Attorney Steven Clem. Both refused to deal with the lawless behavior of the officer, his violating of the Constitution, or the complete needlessness of the arrest. It makes you realize; this is about making sure people are obedient to government. It has nothing to do with law or justice. The corruption goes all the way to the top and they are all protecting each other.
The driver motioned for dismissal in Douglas County district court, but judge Judith L. McCauley refused to dismiss. I sat in the courtroom for some of these hearings. The judge was rude, disrespectful and intimidating, rather than upholding her oath and the mission of the County government.
For their part, County officials are doing whatever they can to make it hard for Tell to defend himself in court. They abuse rules, hide what’s really happening and use whatever they can obstruct justice. But we don’t have to tolerate that. We are turning the tables and many of the elected officials in Douglas County have been subpoenaed to be questioned by the citizens at the trial.
The prosecutors office continues to obstruct justice by failing to provide evidence in discovery and ignoring legal requests from the defendant.
It’s time to start rooting out micro-tyranny like an infected cavity. It’s time to start taking back out courts. Judges, officials and prosecutors have shown neglect and obstruction of justice. We are gathering on the 15th to hold them accountable. Because no judge or elected official is above the the law. We will make sure they behave with respect, follow the Constitution and honor due process.

Ten GREAT Reasons the U.S. Should NOT Lift the Embargo on Cuba

Ten GREAT Reasons the U.S. Should NOT Lift the Embargo on Cuba

ZCastrosAs President Obama continues to dismantle what has stood as diplomatic bedrock for each and every president for the last fifty-plus years, Cuban leaders wait with hushed anticipation of the day when the U.S. will finally lift the economic embargo on the island that remains a bastion of Communist government just 90 miles off our shores.

To be clear, the citizens of Cuba are not to blame for this system of government. While it is unfortunate that so many must remain imprisoned on this island, stuck under the oppressive rule of this despotic Castro regime, the surest hope for their ultimate freedom is for the breaking of the Communist stranglehold on Cuban citizens, not to facilitate the survival of this method of tyrannous government.

Though President Obama and his assorted band of “yes men” and other diplomatic weaklings head towards lifting the Cuban embargo, Jim Meyers at Newsmax.com compiled a list of compelling reasons why those on the right andleft ought to be in favor of maintaining the embargo:

1. Lifting the embargo would benefit the Cuban people far less than the Castro regime. Most of the Cuban economy is owned by the government and all foreign trade is channeled through its agencies. Companies pay wages in hard currency, including dollars and euros, but the government pays workers in Cuban pesos — 500 pesos is worth around $21 USD — and then pockets about 90 percent of the wages.

2. Decades of trade between Cuba and market economies in Europe, Canada, and Latin America have not produced the political and economic benefits to the people that embargo opponents say a lifting of the sanctions would produce. What they have done is line the pockets of the Castro government. Corruption, not the embargo, denies people the benefits of trade.

3. Opening up trade with Cuba would lead the United States into dealings with a “deadbeat” nation that refuses to honor its commitments.
Cuba has defaulted on its estimated $37 billion debt to the Paris Club of nations. Russia has been forced to write off Cuba’s $32 billion debt, and Mexico wrote off $340 million of Cuba’s debt.

4. Cuba has not released all the political prisoners Obama said the regime had promised to free during recent Cuban-American discussions. Estimates are that there are more than 6,000 political detainees in Cuba, among the world’s highest per capital, and some 65,000 prison inmates altogether.

5. Ending the embargo would be a blow to American values. Americans want free trade with free people and not relations that strengthen an authoritarian regime’s oppression of its people.

6. Lifting the embargo without getting concessions from Cuba would make the United States appear weak. According to U.S. law, Cuba must legalize all political activity, release political prisoners, commit to free and fair elections, grant freedom of the press, and allow labor unions. Cuba has not met these conditions. Lifting the sanctions unilaterally would send the message that America is willing to appease an oppressive regime. Moreover, the embargo enables the United States to continue to pressure the Cuban government to improve human rights.

7. The embargo does not prevent Americans from providing assistance to the Cuban people. American policy allows people to visit family members and send money to relatives in Cuba. Over $3.5 billion in remittances are sent to Cuban families each year.

8. Cuba remains on the U.S. “State Sponsors of Terrorism” list. Cuba has provided sanctuary for terrorists from other nations and harbored American fugitives. Black Panther activist and convicted murderer JoAnne Chesimard is among the 90 or more criminals who fled America and received political asylum in Cuba.

9. The United States should not lift the embargo until a new leader is in place in Cuba. Fidel Castro turned over control to his brother Raul, but Raul is over 80 years old and it is unclear who would succeed him. The embargo could be used as a bargaining chip when a new leader takes power.

10. The American people oppose lifting the embargo. A poll last year found that a slight majority still want the sanctions to remain in place. More importantly, an even larger majority of Cuban-Americans, those who understand the situation best, favor keeping the embargo in place.

I remember when America was a land of opportunity

I remember when America was a land of opportunity and freedom for all. A time when we had the Best education on Earth, when schools and teachers taught real math, history, science, American History. When they encouraged you to become all that you dreamed of becoming, of looking to those in history who succeeded by their hard work, study, and application of what they had learned and the risks they took to achieve their success.

Where the Creator = God = Jesus Christ and our Father in Heaven were remembered and respected and we gave thanks to them for being born in America in a land with the Constitutional freedoms no other lands on Earth before or since have granted to the people.

Where the Small Government worked for the People as their employees.

But today due to corruption, secret combinations of all types on all levels of society be they in the schools, churches, government offices local to state to federal. We have a Huge out of control criminal supported and lawless National Government that is not as our founders desired, but what they warned us about. People who once in power use that power for their personal lusts of riches, power / control over others, and other nefarious reasons.

We have today Not the Republic of America but the Socialist states of America is all but complete, we have lost much of our Bill of Rights and the Constitutional rights granted us.
We have dictators in DC, who are above the rule of law for they change the laws to stay their punishments so they can continue the destruction of the Republic of America. This is how it happens as the people sleep in their comfortable little bubbles like every other civilization that has fallen into ruin.
When the people choose to slumber and choose assumed safety over Freedom they become slaves and those the state chooses to be new undesirables or no longer beneficial to the purposes of the Whole, the hive, their society they are exterminated from the new order.

You see history does repeat when you do not learn from real history, why history is distorted or lied about and replaced with lies so that the evil ones can repeat the destruction of yet another Nation for their personal profit.

Such is the work of the great destroyer, the great evil one who’s goal is the suffering and destruction of all humankind.
Lucifer be his name and your destruction spiritually, morally, physically is his game and he is very good at it.
Now it the time to choose, whom will you serve?
Whom shall you follow?
The workers of darkness and death or the workers of light and truth and life?

I say this Light wins in the end. Darkness and its followers on all levels loose. So it is written so it has been done, for eons and eons of eternity.

Choose well.

You can now remove the word “apparent.” This was not workplace violence. But liberal Democrats, including the President of the United States are hesitant to use the term “Islamic terrorists.” My producer, Ben Barrack, said something profound. Some leaders call this scourge what it is. Some, like Britain’s David Cameron and Germany’s Angela Merkel are appeasers. Some leaders seem to openly embrace Islam – and that is where President Obama falls.
Many times in his presidency, he has made it perfectly clear that he reveres the religion of his birth while claiming the mantle of Christianity. Best case in point – the administration’s refusal to call the Fort Hood massacre what it really was.

President Obama in his own words.
Does the current president of the United States openly embrace the Islamic religion? Watch these clips, and make up your own mind.
First, here is the President reacting to the massacre in Paris.
This is, of course, mostly a bunch of mumbo jumbo about freedom of the press and our “solidarity with France.” It is not a bold statement against terrorism perpetrated by Islamists.
In this clip, Obama tells Larry King that he is NOT a Muslim, but we worries about insults against Muslim Americans.
In fact, President Obama is quite concerned with slandering the Prophet of Islam as he made clear before the United Nations.
Here is the famous clip with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos where George corrects a slip of Obama’s tongue:
Here, Obama talks about the Koran and the Bible:
In this sequence, Obama explains that America is more Muslim than you think:

But, as the Muslim population grows in America Obama seems to think Christianity is on the decline.
And here is Obama bowing to the Saudi King:
What religion Obama claims is his own business. However, based on his own words, it is bizarre that this man ever became president of the United States of America.

FALLEN MARINE’S FATHER TO OBAMA: I wonder how many of these get returned to you?

FALLEN MARINE’S FATHER TO OBAMA: I wonder how many of these get returned to you?

fallen soldier
Steve Hogan, father of fallen Marine Hunter D. Hogan received the condolence letter shown below from “Mr. Obama.”

Mr. Hogan wrote on the President’s letter and sent it back hoping that Mr. Obama would see it. We don’t know if he did, but hundreds of thousands of others have and we want to make sure hundreds of thousands more see it too. In the letter he rebuked the “Comm-in-chief” over the rules of engagement that have led to the unnecessary deaths of many of America’s servicemen.
This past week, the US commander of NATO declared the end of the mission against the Taliban in Afghanistan. Obama followed up with a statement declaring,
“Our combat mission in Afghanistan is ending and the longest war in American history is coming to a responsible conclusion.”
However, Mr. Hogan’s letter is a grim reminder of the feelings that permeate many of those currently serving our country in the armed forces. His letter to Obama begins:

“I wonder how many of these get returned to you!

“Mr. Barrack Hussein Obama,
I am deeply saddened that you are the President of the United States. You sir are an embarrassment to the Oval Office. My son, as well as most Marines I know, despise you and your lack of representation for our military. Your ridiculous rules of engagement have caused the massive amount of casualties on your watch in Afghanistan. While we watch your media pander to your administration and clearly sweep things under the rug for you. I fully understand Marines die. You have tied their hands & feet! I am thankful I did not serve under a Comm. in Chief such as you. I am sickened that my son had to. I wonder… I doubt that you will see this, I hope you do though!
Steve Hogan”
