Ammon Bundy - Federal Abuses Continue - Dual Courts 2 states Same Time to Prevent Justice
This is recent news about Ammon Bundy in Nevada Federal Court & Oregon Federal Court,
Same Time, also Abuses / Tortures continue.
It seems the Federal System is Your GUILTY and PUNISHED Harshly until proven innocent, mean while we will make sure you cannot put together nor manage a successful defense as we change rules, abuse anything we can to harm you.
Federal Courts treat these Patriots worse than Terrorist Muslims caught on battle fields who have murdered hundreds / thousands of lives.
If these men/women were muslims there would be outrage! World wide for their treatment thus far, after all the worlds most evil muslims are given red carpet elite treatment at our prisons.
So Why does this Political Federal Un Justice system who answer to Obama, Clintons, Senator Harry Reid and then China and Russia, Treat these American Citizens Worse than those who desire to exterminate America?

How long will the people allow such thing to continue to happen to thousands upon thousands of American Citizens, this has been happening in the western states to ranchers and farmers for over 40yrs now.
Thus They have grown in their power, and encouraged in their Oath Breaking, and lawless behaviors to the point of living tyrants.
They are above all laws, for they make the laws, rules, beurocracy and change it as they desire to harm American Citizens.

My dear friends I would like to extend a huge thank you to the many that heeded my help and said a prayer for our men that were transferred. This post is over ...due I know, but after an awful stomach bug, me and the kids are finally feeling like we can peek our heads out of the house. Boy when it rains, it pours and in our case lately it feels as if it is huge hail balls. Try taking care of a 15month old and 5 other kids while running a high fever, throwing up and other things....not easy my friends, not easy! But we have had such gracious help and our family is so grateful for it. Thank you Toni for the colloidial silver and pot of chicken noodle soup and Kelly thank you for your huge support in running my kids around town and coming to my house in the early hours of the morning to get them off to school, making their lunches and supporting them in whatever they needed. I will always be grateful. Now, I need my washer fixed, you know that hail I was talking about....yep that's it. But, we'll just keep moving forward.
I finally got a call at midnight last night. Ammon was exhausted, tired and cold....he said that they were all really hungry and cold. That it had been a long day and they still hadn't been let into their tiny cells. He was down, discouraged and extremely emotional. He would never want anyone to know how he is feeling, but I think it is good for others to understand what these circumstances are doing to good, good men! It is cruel, it is Intentional. Tomorrow is our boys 12th birthday and he was really hoping that he would get to talk with him, at least...but I don't think thats going to happen. He cried about that. He is still strong in his faith and knows GOD lives. He feels his love, comfort and peace. He will not be broken in the way that is expected, none of these men will....and with your prayers it will help them to only be stronger in this area. He said to tell everyone that they are okay. He cried as he said that and I asked him if he really was okay, he replied, "we are okay...but we are not okay without our wives and children. I am missing them SO SO much".
Thank you for your prayers and love....We have to act in order for faith to work....faith without works is dead...me and my kids talk about what that means....EVERYDAY.
What I really want to say out loud is, why?....sometimes things are really hard to understand....I'm still trying to figure this trial out. Hopefully, with all of your help we can put the pieces fitting right where they're supposed to go and our guys ( I haven't forgotten about Shawna and Sandy) can come home....

Kicked Out for Trying to Support Ammon in Two Courts at the Same Time
I gave Ammon my word that I would be at his hearing in Las Vegas, and while I was in the gallery with the family, I received a message that the court in Oregon set an urgent deadline for submitting documents under seal for Ammon’s case there, and the deadline was today.
I had to use my phone to respond, and I wasn’t going to leave court because I had given Ammon my word, and I didn’t want to disrupt the court but walking out.
A marshal told me I could not be on the phone and ordered me to leave. I explained who I was, what I was doing, and why, but it made difference -- so I stood up and put on the record to the court that I am Ammon Bundy’s attorney in Oregon, and I’m being told to leave because I was working on a motion for the Oregon case.
I asked for it to be put on the record because this type of thing is exactly why we object to the Nevada case proceeding at the same time as the Oregon case.

Members of the Ammon Bundyy Ryan Bundy family, Victoria Sharp, Liberty Belles Kricket Mager and Jaime Spears Aldazabal, NV State Assembly woman Michele Fiore, Greg Whalen, Doug Knowles, Kaylene Canfield, and many more....at the Lloyd D George federal courthouse today to support our Patriots who have been incarcerated unjustly and continue to have their rights denied to them.
Ammon Bundy related to us that he had been handcuffed 23 out of the previous 24 hours, 11 of which he...'d been cuffed to a bench, and his jailers had "forgotten" to serve him his meal.

The attorneys appointed to represent the Patriots were reprehensibly inactive during the hour and a half long reading of the 68 page indictment which sounded more like an opening statement full of name calling and accusations, declaring the Patriots guilty before the trial even started, and was nothing even close to a factual indictment. The absurdly called defense attorneys did nothing to challenge this, and did little else during the entire proceedings aside from giggle to each other.
The judge was fair during the proceedings, if somewhat arrogant, although he "forgot" to allow one of the Patriots to enter a plea. Ammon's attorney also "forgot' to get his financial affidavit signed by Ammon himself. These juvenile mistakes do not bode well. If these kinds of mistakes can be made at this early stage, I am terrified to think what other mistakes might be made. These Patriots lives are at stake.
Pray. Like you have never prayed before. Our Patriots need us. They will need a miracle.
