Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore said that Ammon Bundy called his wife, Lisa Bundy, from the back of a police car on Tuesday night.
Fiore, a vocal supporter of the Bundy family, said that Ammon Bundy told his wife that Finicum was cooperating with police and had put his hands up. Then, Fiore said, Bundy told his wife that he watched police shoot Finicum three times. She said that Ammon Bundy also said Finicum was on the ground when he was shot.
Finicum on Monday said in a radio blog interview that he sensed heightened activity from federal law enforcement.

Lies lies lies. No shoot out. Just another cold blooded murder by the Feds. We just got called from jail and they said they were pulled over on their way to a meeting. They were Asked to step out of the car. LaVoy got out first with his arms raised. They told him to get on the ground. He did. They proceeded to shoot him 3 times in cold blood! No shots were fired by any of the Patriots. They couldn't have been arrested when they approached them several times the past few days ...because they were being filmed. They wanted to kill them not arrest them and they couldn't do that while being filmed. They had to set up an ambush with no videos rolling. That's the truth! SHARE SHARE SHARE! LaVoyandjeanette Finicum our prayers go out to your family tonight! Many are heartbroken by this. What has happened to America?? People are STILL questioning the truth. Why wouldn't they just arrest him the several times they met up and talked? Other than that videos were rolling and they couldn't shoot and murder the innocent on video while America watched. SMH

I had a chance to sit down and speak with LaVoy Finicum, one of the leaders of the Citizens for Constitutional Freedom (www.C4CF.com) about what led him to leave his ranch in Arizona to be a part of the Hammond family support march and then partake in the occupation of the Malheur Refuge Center in Harney County Oregon.
In this interview we discuss the background of the Hammond family court case and the issues that surround what led to the conviction of the Hammond family and the questions that surround it. We then discuss the actual occupation of the Refuge Center and the planning that led up to that occupation and why there is the exercising of 1st Amendment rights along with the 2nd Amendment rights and other related topics.
