Let it be known to all the World, I love all Humankind, however the poor actions of the few that take away the Freedom's of the many wear on my soul. I don't hate them I feel sad for their foolishness before God and humankind.

Those leaders who seek to 'Keep their Oaths of office' and those who seek only self glory, power, tyranny and the destruction of America as it was founded, hoping to turn it into a Dictatorship, Marxist or other state of Tyranny.

For a long while I was unsure of putting a blog together with my thoughts on this, however Truth must be shared, if not to Awake American's to their dangerous situation then to record the folly of the ways of the wicked who do exist in the leadership of our Nation, States, Counties, Towns. Sad that I must add this page.

On Thursday afternoon we received the wonderful news that all seven defendants in the Oregon trial were all found not guilty of the charges they were being charged with. We are grateful for God and for his divine intervention during this trial. We know that God is ultimately in charge and that he is also a God of Miracles. We are thankful for the jury members who were able to see the truth through all of the lies. We know that the truth will always prevail. We are indeed grateful for all of the support that these defendants and their families received during this trial. There were many of you that supported them through prayer, fasting, donations, letters, rally's and visits. We can not say thank you enough for all of your support during this trial. May God Bless you all.

I have had so many people ask me what happens to Dave now? Dave was not involved in the Oregon trial. He has twelve charges against him from the peaceful protest that took place in Nevada in April of 2014. Dave is not guilty of any of these charges and was only exercising his First Amendment rights. His trial along with seventeen others is supposed to begin on February 7, 2017. Dave has now been wrongly imprisoned for 8 months.

Please continue to pray and support all of the families that have loved ones that have been wrongfully imprisoned. These next several months are not going to be easy on the defendants or their families especially during the holidays. We pray for the defendants and their families that they will be given the strength to endure. We pray that they will be given a jury that will not be afraid to stand up for what is right and be able to see the truth. We pray for the defense lawyers that they will be able to reveal the truth. We pray for God to be with us always and that the truth will prevail.

Six months: My dad was always teaching and even now that he has been dead for six months he continues to teach more then ever.
When I was in fourth grade I was following my dad around helping him with all this apartment manager jobs in Albuquerque New Mexico, and he asked me what in my life was worth giving my life if it was asked of me?
You think as a little kid this would startled me, but my dad was constantly asking these types of questions always making me reconsider how I viewed life.
Silently contemplating his question he continued: he taught that you could measure the worth of someone's life by the things they are willing to die for.
I have thought about this question a million times since that day and even more so since my fathers death.
So using my dads reasoning I want to list out the worth of my dads life-

Willing to die for:
-God
-family
-country
-constitution
-freedom
-friends
-strangers
-neighbor (near or far)
-principles
-to be a buffer of protection against those oppressed by tyranny

How do I know this about my dad?
Well because he did die for those things, but more importantly he lived for those things.
So many times we can list what we will die for, but unless we dedicate our lives to live for those things our sacrifice would be meaningless.
My dad sought a relationship with all these items by serving, learning, and teaching.
If you are willing to die for something, make sure you live for it first.

I have been a witness to some of the most Brave and Honorable men and women we have in... this world. As I worked side by side with them in Oregon to help save a Family who had been fighting Tyranny for years.
I fought with them in Nevada in Clark County where the sheriff wouldn't do his job and let the Federal Agents come in and terrorize our Own American Ranchers to help the elite to steal our land and theirs.
Who stood against them, Unarmed and humble but BRAVE! With the help of God we were able to succeed! I was there under the bridge that day. I will never forget!!

It was like a home coming to see all of our old friends when I pulled into the Oregon Wild Life Refuge and saw these wonderful men. Kind, thoughtful and very devoted to helping others. When the call came they dropped everything and came to the aid of their neighbors. Not one of them knew the Hammonds before this happened and yet they were willing to give their, Lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to protect these people's Freedom, Family and Property.
That is why we have a Constitution to help those who cannot help themselves against all enemies foreign or domestic.
I witnessed the murder of my dear friend and neighbor LaVoy.
I felt the hurt in those who also felt his loss. All of them have been so brave and devoted!

They were determined to help the people of Harney County to restore their lands and their freedoms also. I was so blown away to think that men could do a calculated murder on one of their own American when they swore and oath to Uphold and Defend!!
Who are you? You can't be Americans, American's swore to uphold the Constitution and you either are not American, or you are liars, or you don't know what the Constitution is that you swore to uphold.
All I can do is Pray for you because you will be held accountable for the evil doings you have been a part of.
Today a Federal Judge refrained me from speaking or reaching out on social media to tell the truth of the evils that have been thrust upon us.
The Federal Agents that are being led by evil men and women have the freedom to lie, cheat, steal and even kill and get away with it as they continue to do their evil deeds and point their fingers at the True Brave American Patriots.
The Patriots are being treated worse than if they were serial killers. Some of them have been thrown into solitary confinement for nothing. Paraded around in chains with hundreds and thousands of armed Police and FBI Agents to protect who from them? They put hand cuffs on a dead man that they shot in cold blood and unarmed?
They didn't count on having witnesses to the murder and it really threw them off because they missed Ryan except for his shoulder. Either they weren't as good a shots and they think they are or Ryan was protected by God. I prefer to think that through all our praying that it was only by God that he was and we were saved. We lived to be the witnesses.

The prison is a very evil place and these prisoners have to be cold, hungry because it is the worst food I have ever tasted. The first meal I ate I couldn't even eat the few baby carrots that were in the warm goo and it gave me blisters inside my mouth. I decided to try to live on bread and water for a few days. The whole prison I would have to say is filled with drug addicts that the government has been getting rich from selling to them and then put them into prisons and never letting them go. I saw and heard some of the worst weeping and wailing I've ever heard in my life. I felt like all the screeching and hair pulling and babbling along with every foul word they could think of poured out all night long. I truly thought that I had died and gone to hell and that's what outer darkness is going to be like .
I felt like I needed to go and hold them and rock them to soothe their troubled souls. All I could do is Sing and Pray just to keep from crying for them.

The Lord is good to me and he bears me up in affliction. I shall never hang my head in shame or sorrow for the things we have done because we did no wrong!!
We are doing all we can to make the world a better place and know that we are following God's plan! He is our King and our Savior and we Love Him.
There are many soldiers who have taken an oath to defend this country that have since passed on and I know that they will be the ones who return with our Savior and King to return and wipe the wickedness from this land. He told me so and I know it's true!
I pray my friends don't have to suffer to much longer, they along with their wives, children and families don't deserve it! Some gave all!

I must speak out without delay because the people need to hear the truth and I am freed to tell it even if they try to shut me up! I can't do it! I just pray for God's help to say and do the right things as quickly as I can.

I wrote this when they put a gag order on me. I just came across it today and decided to share it with my friends. I know that God hears and answers our prayers. Good things are happening America!! Have Faith, stay Strong!

The recent statement released by the Harney County Sheriff’s Office on January 21, 2016 further attempts to discredit the lawful presence of the PPN and our continued efforts to support the community.
Rather than address the grievances of the community, Sheriff Ward and Judge Gratsy continue to ignore the growing support within the community, and would rather engage in fear mongering to push a false narrative.
Ward also continues to ignore the deep level of corruption surrounding Judge Steve Gratsy, the FBI, and officials within the county.

The Facebook post by the Sheriff’s Office claim the references to federal individuals caught posing as militia are inaccurate.

However, intelligence confirms that the vehicles associated with these individuals are in fact registered to a government agency. Ward is selectively releasing information to the public regarding the PPN’s presence which illustrates an inaccurate portrayal of the PPN’s attempts at negotiating a peaceful resolution. Statements made in a previous Press Release by the PPN can be verified through and through.

Furthermore, Sheriff Ward continues to prove himself as an unconstitutional Sherriff by not only ignoring the underlying issues of federal overreach, but by removing a reporter for exercising his 1st Amendment right during a recent open assembly. During this assembly, Oregon State Representative Cliff Bentz read a list of laws which are supposedly being broken by the Occupiers. These biased interpretations of the law are gross misrepresentations of the Constitution and completely ignore the illegality of BLM behaviors. After hearing this list, a reporter asked “What about the Constitution?” He was immediately led out of the building for “disrupting the assembly”.

Ward has also failed to mention or publicly acknowledge his push for excessive use of aggressive police behavior is conducting unnecessary traffic stops of local supporters and PPN members in an attempt to intimidate. Officers have reportedly conducted traffic stops with no probable cause and without having established necessary driving patterns to justify these traffic stops. These instances are professionally inappropriate and can be verified by several local witnesses

The PPN will continue to maintain a neutral presence within Harney County to encourage open dialogue, a peaceful resolution, and to expose the dishonest conduct of Judge Steve Gratsy, the FBI, and officials within the county. The misinformation tactics being employed the Sherriff are distasteful and misleading. The refusal of Sheriff Ward to address community grievances, his restrictions of 1st Amendment rights, ignoring corruption within the county, and pushing a false narrative must be exposed so that a peaceful resolution can be attained.

I am on the ground here in Burns, Oregon and am here to cover what is happening from a media perspective. I will be releasing interviews and footage of what is happening here.

Here is the press briefing from yesterday, when the Oregon III% and the Pacific Patriot Network showed up on the scene to let everyone know that they would be providing a buffer between the group headed up by Ammon Bundy that is now calling itself the Citizens for Constitutional Freedom (CFCF) and the powers that be that may look to force a Waco style ending to this situation. They will also be trying to keep fringe element persons away that may look to provoke a more intense situation. While many do not agree with what the CFCF has done with the occupying of a federal building the fact remains that it has already happened and now we have our fellow patriots out here, many of whom we have stood shoulder to shoulder with on most of the operations that we have done since Bundy Ranch. We need to keep a very close eye on this situation. In the next few days I will be attempting to interview people that fall on all sides of this issue and give you the best view of the situation from here on the ground.
