Idea I have, but not sure how to get those who work for the people to stand up and show honorable.
Sent this to my State Representative, and to my members of Congress and Senate in DC.
Mr. Ralph Okerlund,
To defend our 2nd Amendment Rights.
"No legislation will be created with the intent, real or implied. To "Infringe" the right of the People to keep and bare arms.
Amendment 2 of the United States Constitution of America clearly states.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

A Bill should be put forth in the State of Utah to address these Facts, simple strait forward.
No legislation shall be put forth before the State of Utah that does with intent or implied Infringe upon the Laws of the 2nd Amendment.
Doing so is in direct violation of ones Oath of Office to support and defend said laws.
Thus in violation, breaking one's oath, breaking the laws of the land and being in such violation does infringe upon the rights of the people.
Thus it will be considered a Felony.
Punishable up for 1 to 10 years in prison, loss of pay from public sources, loss of retirement from public sources and benefits.
And fines, and all legal fees to correct any and all damages caused by such legislation.
It shall be considered an act of Treason against the people of the state of Utah. (and America)
This is what I would like to see presented before the State of Utah. And passed.
Who there as servants of the People has the honor, courage, faith in the laws of the land to stand and protect us the people from
tyranny, oppression, and those who seek to infringe upon our God given rights of self defense?
(This is what is needed in ALL 50 States, this will help thwart the Oath Breakers in public offices at all levels, who will stand with We the People over this Dis Arming of only the Law Abiding members of Society in America? Encourage your local, state, DC leaderships to follow this idea, and see who will Stand and Obey the Oaths they have taken.)
