Thank you for visiting. My thoughts & Feelings are my Own.

Here I will share my feelings about America and her Future.

Let it be known to all the World, I love all Humankind, however the poor actions of the few that take away the Freedom's of the many wear on my soul. I don't hate them I feel sad for their foolishness before God and humankind.

Those leaders who seek to 'Keep their Oaths of office' and those who seek only self glory, power, tyranny and the destruction of America as it was founded, hoping to turn it into a Dictatorship, Marxist or other state of Tyranny.

For a long while I was unsure of putting a blog together with my thoughts on this, however Truth must be shared, if not to Awake American's to their dangerous situation then to record the folly of the ways of the wicked who do exist in the leadership of our Nation, States, Counties, Towns. Sad that I must add this page.

Those things in life that really matter, until we make the time." S.T.Huls

Prosecutors in Bunkerville Retrial Rely on Deception - by Shari Dovale

It Matters How You Stand

Prosecutors in Bunkerville Retrial Rely on Deception

by Shari Dovale

Redoubt News 7-28-2017

The chaotic events of “Bundy standoff” near Bunkerville, Nevada on April 12, 2014 were captured on hundreds of cameras.  There is video from almost every angle (including from multiple surveillance aircraft flying above).  The feds occupied the high ground (despite what they claim in court) and were filming by dash-cams, body cams and handheld cameras.  Nevada Highway Patrol had two (2) vehicles positioned on the all-important northbound bridge of I-15 with dash-cams rolling continuously.  The standoff may have been one of the most well-recorded spontaneous crowd events in history.
But prosecutors in the Bunkerville retrial of Rick Lovelien, Scott Drexler, Eric Parker and Steven Stewart have sought to severely limit the video and photographic evidence that the jury is allowed to see.  The untold thousands of images of the events known to exist do not support the government’s claims in the indictment.  Although dozens if not hundreds of FBI agents have spent 3 years pouring over the imagery in an effort to find images of any of the four defendants (or any Bundy supporter, for that matter) pointing weapons at federal agents, they have failed to produce one.
For the most part, photos and video show the defendants holding guns in safe manner, either pointed downward toward the ground or in a vertical position with barrels upward.  It seems that Rick Lovelein’s rifle was slung on his back throughout the entire event.   The rifles of Parker and Drexler were (apparently for a short period) positioned between cracks in concrete barriers on a northbound bridge of I-15.  But it is significant that Parker and Drexler’s prone positions occurred near the end of the “standoff,” after BLM agents drastically escalated their threats to use force against unarmed women and children.
Parker’s weapon had no scope and experts say it could not have been used for accurate shooting at the given distances if gunfire had broken out.  At best, Parker may have been able to provide defensive overhead cover fire in the event that federal agents began killing people.  Such protective fire could have made agents seek cover, thereby saving lives.
It is also significant that two Nevada State Troopers were patrolling and doing traffic control on the bridge while Parker and Drexler lay prone.  Parker testified in the first trial that one trooper even conversed with him as he was on the pavement.
In order to convict the 4 defendants of assaulting federal officers, threatening federal officers, extortion, using firearms in crimes of violence and other offenses, prosecutors must emphasize agents’ testimony that the agents saw guns pointed at them while concealing all imagery which refutes such statements.  The government’s strategy is therefore one of concealment and deception.  Thus far the rulings of Judge Gloria Navarro seem to give prosecutors an avenue to carry out this strategy.
On the morning of July 10, 2017—just as defense lawyers were preparing for jury selection in the trial Judge Navarro granted the prosecution’s “motion in limine” prohibiting the defense from bringing up BLM conduct, or any of the events leading up to the April 12, 2014 protest.  Prosecutors have been vigorously objecting to any attempt by the defense to introduce photos or video which contradicts prosecution witness testimony.  And almost every government witness claims to have no recollection of sequence or timing, thereby making it difficult to show an image that clearly refutes the witness’s testimony.
On Thursday, July 27, 2017, an anonymous juror asked a simple written question to a witness: will the jury ever get to see images from different angles?  Judge Navarro intercepted the question and told the jurors that most trials have no photos at all and are based only on witness testimony.  It is an “unreasonable expectation,” Navarro told jurors, to expect to see photos from additional perspectives.  Of course Navarro knows there are numerous pictures which would discredit the witness’s claims (as many were shown in the previous trial).  But Navarro suggested that jurors are to focus on the testimony of the government witnesses.

Hammonds / Bundy Ranches Obama's Goons Demand Silence & Promise Violence! Hammonds Fear for lives

Bundy Ranch    Facebook posting 11/21/2015
1 hr
Dear Friends,
Yesterday I received a phone call from Dwight Hammond (74). He said that he was very afraid for his life and for mine as well. He informed me that federal agents contacted his attorney. They told Dwights attorney that if Dwight and Susie did not end all communication with Ammon Bundy, that they "would detain the Hammonds early for federal prison and that they would transfer pain to the Hammond family". He further said, that he believed "they would bring misery t...o the whole family"
Steven Hammond's attorney also confirmed that federal agents contacted him and hinted a raid on the Hammonds home if they did not end all communication with Ammon Bundy.
On Thursday November 19th, Harney County Sheriff - David Ward, informed me that federal agents indicated to him that if the Hammonds continued to speaking out that they may raid the Hammonds home and detain them early for federal prison. I informed the Sheriff that it was his duty to make sure that did not happen.
I do not have to explain how this is a violation of individual rights. Dwight, Steven and Susie have all told me that they are terrified of what will happen if they continue to communicate with me. In the last phone conversation between Susie and I, she told me that she loved me and was so thankful for what I have done to get the truth out. She then informed me that she feared that if we continued to talk, federal agents were going to put a bullet in her and Dwights heads, and possible mine. I attempted to instill courage in both Dwight and Susie, but fear had over come them.
This last Wednesday I spent a good part of the day in the Hammonds home. We spoke for hours. Several times I found the Hammonds in tears when they explained the injustices that has destroyed their lives. They were hopeful that the American people were going to stand for them. And that just maybe they would be able to return to the life they once new. In just a few short hours federal agents again have dashed the Hammond's hope and replaced it with fear.
I hold my tong against those that would inflict such pain upon these wonderful people. It reminds me of the scripture that reads: When the wicked rule, the people morn. I want everyone with in the reach of my words to know that I will do everything in my power to make sure that justice is brought to the Hammonds. I will not stop until the Hammonds are home free without fear. I do not fear for my life and I love the Lord and I love the Hammonds.
With Concern,
Ammon Bundy

What happened before the standoff??‏

Friends,

I recently discussed the events that led up to our confrontation at Bundy Ranch with the BLM on the Western Freedom Forum podcast.

I explain in detail what grazing 'rights' are and how they are established and how the BLM is claiming they own these rights despite my family having spent generations establishing our grazing rights according to the law here in Nevada and I'll explain what the BLM did to every other rancher in our area.

This podcast is hosted by Darin Bushman who was with us that day along with a number of people from Utah.  Darin is also a County Commissioner in Piute county Utah.

He started this podcast to bring attention to the many situations we are dealing with in the West.  If you want to keep up I'd recommend you subscribe.  It is available on iTunes and Stitcher.

Please share with your friends, we need to educate everyone.

GRAZING RIGHTS: Ranchers lope for land issues with grass march

The term “march” seems greatly underpowered. Horse’s hooves are pounding, fast and hard across miles – nearly 3,000 of them according to the route map – from the west side of the country to the east, where, historically, important decisions are made.
The “express” part of the Grass March Cowboy Express is certainly the picture that comes to mind considering the group plans to complete their trek – from California to Washington DC, in just 20 days, riding every inch of it horseback.
The ranchers and others loping good horses five miles at a time coast-to-coast liken their efforts to Ghandi’s “salt march” in the 1930s when the British government maintained control of the salt in the waters surrounding India.
“The British Government had a total monopoly on all salt,” one of the “Grass March” organizers, county commissioner Grant Gerber from Elko County, Nevada, said. “A citizen of India was even prevented from distilling a little salt from ocean water for his family. All salt had to be bought from the British Government. In Nevada the federal government has a monopoly on Nevada land and the grass. The government owns 87 percent of the land, but also exercises total control over much of the private land as well. The effective control of the government exceeds 92 percent of the grass in Nevada.”
Gerber explained that six ranching families were told in March of this year that they could not turn a single critter out on their Bureau of Land Management grazing allotments because of drought conditions.
While much of Nevada and the southwest has suffered extreme drought, their corner of the world – in the extreme northeast corner of the state has received rain, Gerber said.
“Everybody out here snickers when they hear that we’ve been in a drought. It was a good wet spring and we’ve been getting rain all summer,” he said.
“The grass was 18 inches to two feet high,” said Gerber who helped organize a public viewing of the grass in May to gain public support for his clients who were appealing the BLM’s 100 percent cut - preventing cattlemen from turning their cattle on summer range. Rain has arrived at the right time to grow adequate forage on the Argenta Allotment in the Fort Lewis area in northeast Nevada, and yet the BLM determined that grazing would not be allowed in 2014, he said.
The six families that graze the region were in a tough spot. They own 56 percent of the land and all of the water in the 332,000 acre area but were unable to use even their private rangeland because of the checkerboard nature of the allotment. They sold cattle and grazed winter range in an effort to maintain base cow herds.
Gerber, an attorney for one of the families, said he told them they had three options. “I said you can accept it, you can sue but with the way BLM regulations are you’ll probably lose, or you can go after them with the First Amendment and maybe, just maybe we’ll have a chance.”
After their first 70-mile “grass march” in May to garner public attention for the situation, the BLM allowed ranchers to turn cattle into pastures more than two months later than their agreements call for. But then mid-summer, drought-induced “triggers” were met, according to the BLM, and cattle were required to be removed from the rangeland at least two months early.
An official statement from the state office said, “BLM Nevada attempted to work with the individuals who graze their cows on an area of public lands known as the Argenta Allotment to develop a plan for reduced use that would correspond to the current drought conditions. These cooperative efforts were rejected which forced the Bureau of Land Management to temporarily prohibit grazing on the parts of the Argenta Allotment that had already surpassed recommended use levels.”
Deputy chief of communications for the Nevada BLM Rudy Evanson said “most ranchers” in the state have been agreeable to grazing plan adjustments due to dry conditions. “This is our third year of severe drought in Nevada. So in order for ranchers to continue ranching in the future we need to make the changes we are making today,” he said.
Discrepancies exist between the BLM’s grass monitoring findings and those of the the permittees’ private range consultant, Evanston said, but “obviously we believe that our measurements are correct and we’ve taken actions based on the observations and monitoring done by BLM field staff.” Those actions have directed permittees to remove cattle from nine of 20 use areas, which all six permittes have complied with, he said.
In a news story earlier this year, Pete Tomera, the largest permittee on the allotment, said the triggers BLM set in its agreement with ranchers – which were based on the height of vegetation – and included a minimum four inch grass height in riparian areas, were “unrealistic,” adding that the private range consultant he hired found that there was “an abundance of feed.”
Gerber and his clients believe BLM employee Doug Furtado who stopped 2014 grazing, is “ruling with an iron fist.” The group of ranchers plans to deliver petitions to their state representatives and senators when they arrive in Washington, DC, calling for Furtado’s ousting and a more common sense approach to federal land management.
Furtado, the district manager for battle mountain district, is backed by his superiors, Evanson said. “The actions that he’s taken have the full support of the state office.”
While the removal of Furtado, who designed a statewide drought management plan that hasn’t been released for public comment, is one of the group’s goals, the bigger goal is to raise awareness of federal lands grazing issues.
Ranchers are justified in their concern, Gerber said, citing the removal of cattle from the region around Cliven Bundy, who, of 51 original permittees is the only rancher still grazing that allotment. “In the late 1980s and early 1990s the BLM cancelled all of the grazing rights of 50 ranchers in the Las Vegas district. Fifty ranchers, 50 families, gone. Now they are working to cancel the rights of ranchers in Battle Mountain district and others. In Nevada the BLM and Forest Service have an absolute monopoly on the grass. I for one decided I was not going to accept it.”
Bruce Clegg, Tooele County (Utah) Commissioner and rancher said that while his cattle graze only private land, he, his wife and his son and daughter who comprise his family ranching operation, will ride from the Utah/Nevada state line all the way to Washingtong, DC. Grandkids will join them through Utah and Colorado. As a county decision-maker he is well aware of the economic, cultural and environmental concerns of eliminating livestock grazing. “It would be better for our county to get the land transferred to the state,” he said
“As a county commissioner I need to keep grazing in mind for my constituents,” he said, adding that across the west, counties and states deal with similar issues when it comes to public lands - wild horses, obscure endangered species and overgrowth when grazing is ceased, causing forest and grass fires.
Because 87 percent of Nevada’s land is federally-managed, unelected bureaucrats like Furtado wield an unbalanced amount of power over major segments of the economy and culture of the nation, he said. “People like Furtado have the ability to destroy the grazing which is bad for everything especially wildlife,” Gerber said.
“I plan to ride down the street in Washington DC, and I plan to ride up 17 west, and deliver these petitions,” said Clegg, whose great-grandfather began raising cattle when he arrived in Tooele County Utah in 1849. The family has ranched ever since.
Clegg and his family will use 20 horses throughout the ride, saving their best 12 for the latter part of the trip.
A horse in good condition might take two legs of the journey each day, but many are asked to ride for only one stretch, sometimes only three or four miles in the mountains and other treacherous terrain. After the three- to five-mile jaunt, a horse is trailered and hauled to a gathering place. Some riders immediately mount another, fresh horse, while others take wheeled transportation to the night’s camping spot and prepare for the next day’s ride.
Gerber said along the way, ranchers and others concerned with federal government overreach are asking them to hand their petitions to DC lawmakers. “These petitions are on sage grouse, the water grab by the EPA, a bunch of those kinds of things. We are inviting all counties, city governments, all organizations to put those petitions in our hands and we’ll deliver them.”
This kind of demonstration has never been done, as far as the Gerber knows. Fifty riders have already taken part in some or all of the event. By the time they finish, 100 or more will probably have saddled up for their cause, Gerber expects. Rallies are planned in many cities along the way including Cheyenne, Wyo., and Denver. Seven people will go from beginning to end. “It is an exhilarating feeling. I’m 72 years old and it’s a great experience riding across California and Nevada and going clear to Washington D.C.,” Gerber said.

Open Letter to Sheriff Gillepsie‏

Bundy Ranch
Please help us Share Clivens Message - Gray

August 6, 2014
To Sheriff Doug Gillespie, Clark County Nevada Sheriff's Department,

In a recent press conference, you mentioned 1) the BLM lied to you and 2) Bundy brought armed men to the ranch for protection.

While I can't speak to the validity of your first claim, we unequivocally take issue with the second. We never asked for armed men to come to our aid. In fact, everyone who arrived at the Bundy ranch (men, women, armed & unarmed) voluntarily came to support the constitutional rights that you failed to defend. Had you not neglected your duty to defend our rights, the rights of the very people for whom you swore a solemn oath to defend, there never would have been a standoff in the first place.
So while you chastise my family and pontificate about how "Bundy should be held accountable for crossing the line", let it be known that the responsibility for this escalation rests primarily at the doorstep of the Clark County Sheriff's office.

Please allow me a moment to remind you of some of the history leading up to that day:
  • Hundreds of militarized agents invaded our community and terrorized us.
  • They seized the land by gunpoint, claiming it as their own.
  • They not only threatened, but actually inflicted bodily harm on anyone who stepped onto the land. Remind you, this land was cared for, cultivated and improved upon by my family and the community for many generations.
  • A 57 year old cancer surviving woman was body slammed by a federal agent, for doing nothing more than exercising her first amendment rights.
  • As we sat in the sniper's cross-hairs, federal agents shoved M-16 rifles into the faces of our wives who were holding our infant children.
  • Dave was, kicked, beaten, battered, loaded into a federal truck and taken to the BLM compound to become the BLM trophy. They paraded him around in the sun, cruelly ridiculing him for hours, tightly bound (without water). After they had their fun with him, they dump him out on the road and covered up any legal proof that they even took him.

These are just a few of the atrocities that were inflicted upon my family and the community - who was peacefully protesting. The only thing we pointed at those agents, were cameras to capture their atrocities for the world to see. In return, they released dogs on us, they tased us, they beat us and they abused us in order to intimidate us.

When our first amendment rights were stripped down to a 20'x50' box, you did nothing. When armed men trampled my brother, beat him and nearly took his life, you refused to protect. When women, infants, and children were held captive at gunpoint by angry and violent men, our cries for help fell on deaf ears.

When men and women literally wounded and bleeding were in need of emergency assistance, because you allowed these heavy hands to afflict us, you then refused the emergency medical services to be dispatched for our care.

When we called, you said, "there wasn't anything you could do". You said, "this fight was between the Bundy's and the BLM". However, you commanded your deputies to stand by while their own families and community members were being inflicted upon and threatened with lethal weapons.
Sheriff, your response demonstrates that you have a fundamental misunderstanding of your place in our government. You have more authority and responsibility than any federal agency, and yet you cowardly forced the people to defend themselves.

Evidence in your power and responsibility was never more apparent than at the standoff. When your deputies told the federal agents to back down - the federal agents backed down. They backed down because your deputies who had constitutional and jurisdictional authority from the people, finally did what the people hired you and them to do, and insisted that these federal agents stop their abuses.

In the end, your deputies did the right thing, but Sheriff, you should have never let it come to this. While the BLM was willing to shoot my family over land and power
, we were willing to die for our families, our livelihoods and our constitutional rights. You should have been defending these rights for us. That's what we elected you to do.

Thankfully, the American people came to our defense. They came to our defense because you failed to do your duty. For that you should be grieved and held accountable.

I offer warning to you and other government personnel that lead or follow your example. The people are in unrest because of these types of egregious actions. The purpose of government is to protect and uphold the unalienable rights of the people, not to infringe upon them. It is our duty and obligation to defend our God-given rights if our government representatives fail to do so, or tries to discard them. We as citizens desire to live in peace and tranquility, but will defend our freedoms if necessary, in order to do so. I call upon you Sheriff Gillespie, and all civil servants, to honorably effectuate the true purpose of government, to uphold the oaths and duties of your sworn offices-to truly be representative of the people, by the people and for the people.
I leave you with the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson:

"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual."
Sincerely,
Ammon Bundy

American's Come Share your personal stories of Big Fed Gov over reach and its results

I am curious after watching the last 48yrs of my life how the world turns, from Washington state to Oregon state, Texas state and now Utah. I have seen the loss of Freedom, loss of livelyhoods, lands, and yes even lives, all due to Federal Over Rule, they have forgotten they are our employees, now they act, think, believe they are the Kings & Lords over you and me. I remember when America was once a Free'r Land, honorable, and over all better.

I would like to send out a message to any and all that have had their lives changed, industry harmed, family farms, ranches, dairies, orchards, fishing, crabing, oil, gas, coal, any part of our economy.
Be they the IRS, FBI, CIA, NSA, TSA, EPA, BLM, DNR, NEA, FDA, DCFS, now new ACA obama care, and all the other agencies out there.

By the over regulations, over reaches of Federal Government Agencies of America since 1940.

I would like a place for people to share their stories, to show the pattern of government incroachment upon the people of America over the last 80+ years.
How it has effected our economy, our food supplies, water supplies, energy supplies, education, and over all freedoms.

If your lands were taken, way of life destroyed, your towns impoverished etc.
Being from the Pacific North West, I have seen wood mills eliminated, logging and fishing fleets decimated, farms and ranches destroyed, and the effects it has had on people, towns, etc.

So I hope we can pass this along and encourage all to share their stories, add the facts, links to court cases, documentations, photo's videos, interviews, all evidences needed to verify your story, and to show the dangers of an over reaching National Government that has lost touch with We the People.

There are millions of stories I am sure... I hope we can be a gathering place for them.
Put them in the comment section or email them to me: hulsitalianplasters@hotmail.com
