Prior, the department’s principal deputy director of public affairs, in a late Wednesday statement. The decision to intervene came after Chief U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro declared a mistrial over the government’s “willful failure to disclose information” to the defense, saying it would have been “impossible” for the four co-defendants to receive a fair trial. The examination represents the first direct public intervention by the attorney general in the Nevada case, which began last year under then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Acting U.S. Attorney Steven W. Myhre, who oversees the prosecution, said he welcomed the input from D.C. “We respect the ruling of the court and take very seriously our discovery obligations,” Mr. Myhre said in a statement. “The office welcomes the assistance of the attorney general as we continue to evaluate the case in light of the court’s ruling.” No deadline was given for the attorney general’s examination, but Judge Navarro set a Jan. 8 hearing on defense motions to dismiss the case. The next trial is tentatively scheduled to begin Feb. 26. The case, which involves 19 defendants spread over three tiers, has been riddled with setbacks for the prosecution, including a previous mistrial, hung juries and acquittals on lesser figures in the April 2014 armed confrontation with BLM agents. Judge Navarro said the prosecutors had willfully failed to disclose key evidence in the case, including FBI records about surveillance and government snipers at the Bundy ranch, activity logs, law enforcement threat assessments showing the Bundy family posed no threat of violence, and internal reports about BLM agent misconduct. She dismissed the jury after seven weeks in the latest trial involving the second of the three tiers of co-defendants. All four in the latest trial are considered leaders of the confrontation with the BLM, which began after agents tried to impound the ranch’s cattle following Cliven Bundy’s refusal for years to pay grazing fees in a protest over federal land management. 2017 US Marshalls Feds Behavior = to USSR KGB!

The notorious former headquarters of the KGB in Riga, Latvia is now open to the public, leaving a reminder of the terror propagated by the agency during the Soviet rule.

The KGB (which translates to Committee for State Security) was the Soviet Union's secret police, functioning as foreign intelligence and counter-intelligence, as well as combating dissent and anti-Soviet activities.

The KGB monitored public and private opinion in all of the countries of the Soviet Bloc. The agency was responsible for crushing the Hungarian Revolution in 1956 and the Prague Spring in 1968, among others. 

In Latvia, the KGB had a wide network of informants reporting on Latvians that condemned Soviet power. Numerous political dissidents, artists, and writers were imprisoned or detained by the KGB, many in the Riga building.

 

 

So the KGB was used by the communists who took over Russia to Silence, Control, Monitor, abuse, torture, and demand total compliance with their orders.

 

In America Today we have various versions of the KGB, we have the FBI, US Marshalls Service, and Many in the Justice Dept. and Federal Judges. Who behave in similar or actual behaviors of darkness.

Oregon / Malhuer Refuge peaceful demonstration that turned violent when the White House and Gov of Oregon Brown colluded with the Clinton Foundation to oppress, steal, and even murder those who opposed their  designs to legally plunder the Hammond Ranch for Uranium and Gold, the Uranium was contracted by the Clintons to be sold to the Russian Corp, Uranium One.

When the people exposed the abuse and corruption they were silenced using the BLM USFS, FBI, corrupt Judges, Governors, politicians, local Sheriff and deputies. With the help of Foreign Mercenaries as well.  Who invaded Burns Or. (there financial gains in the hundreds of millions of dollars once the ranch was destroyed and plundered and those who stood up to them were dead or imprisoned.)

 

During the Mock Trials, rigged Federal Courts and prisons the US Marshalls service did willingly and gleefully attack, beat, torture, starve, harm, any and all defendants they were told to do so and even a Lawyer in court. Whom they later charged for the crimes they the us Marshalls service committed.

 

Lets go to the Bundy Ranch in Nevada, similar as above include then US Senior Senator Harry Reid who has had a desire over 20yrs to obtain Cliven Bundy’s Ranch for personal profit.

He has used all the agencies above to obtain it, even labeled the family and Americans who came to their defense after the Bundy family were beaten, attacked by dogs, tazed, and snipers surrounded their home using their red dot target finders to terrorize all the family as they walked around and outside the home by placing the dots on men, women and yes children to instill terror upon them. This is your BLM USFS FBI radicals.

 

Then once the story goes forward to today, the Bundys and their supporters who where falsely arrested, have been like Oregon, beaten, starved, tortured, families threatened, friends threatened with punishments up to possible death if they did not admit any type of guilt even if it required purgry approved by Federal judge Navaroo and Appointed Judge by no other than Harry Reid for this purpose.

 

 They tyranny of these roque agencies, where the employees of the prisons, detention centers, and Federal agencies do with great pleasure, hows is the old saying of the KGB SS, Death Camp guards of hitlers socialist empire, “We are just doing our jobs”

 

When just doing your job requires you to physically torture, harm, and punish Citizens who are Not convicted of any crime, at your pleasure or the pleasure of political or judicial officers. Then you have shown your colors and they are not lawful, they are treason upon the people and pro luciferian.

 

Any members of any Federal, State, County, local law ENFORCERS, yes the term enforcers is what our police and sheriffs have become, enforcing political agendas blindly or willingly.

 

 

If you’re a bully, an evil doer in todays America the safest place to practice  your evil is in a law enforcers job. Protected and supported in your wicked ways, you may even kill, murder and cover up your actions. Protected of course by your fellow Enforcers.

 

So I see a direct and clear linkage between the communists enforcers and our current federal enforcers and locals in todays America.

 

As I write this the Bundy brothers and their 77yr old father were beaten once again by the us marshalls service in Nevada. Why? Because the Defense had a good day in court that made the federal ficticious case look bad, so they created a problem of force to repeatedly beat these men.

When the Defense requested to have it investigated, photos and a record and names of the us marshalls who did this terror. The Fed Judge DENIED IT, and then when one of the Victims of Federal abuse told the people in the court what had happened, standing in full body shackles writs bleeding, bruised, battered some limping, the judge had him removed from her court room.

 

This is not the USA, this is now the USSA.

Much like USSR, we have no rights, no protections in Federal State controlled courts.

Constitution has been PROHIBITED in Judge Navaroo’s courts.

NOT GUILTY Posted: 02 Nov 2016 03:28 PM PDT We got the news of the Oregon political prisoners NOT GUILTY verdict while at a liberty event in Colorado. We had been asked to come and address the locals there a second time because, believe it or not; FBI, BLM and Oregon agents had indeed followed us to Colorado asking the local Sherriff to be deputized so they might raid our event. The FBI, BLM and Oregon agents were practicing irresponsible tactics of intimidation and libel with the assumed goal to silence our right of free speech. We were not made aware of these agents’ inappropriate conduct until weeks after the first event in Colorado. This was because our wonderful host wanted to do her homework before she said anything to be sure she had correct information. Our host interviewed the Sherriff and then filed an open records request on July 20th 2016 to get a copy of the memo that was sent to the Delta City Council, Interim city police and all department heads.   The envelope the memo came in:  The letter that accompanied the memo:  The Memo: Our host then went to the City of Delta's council meeting. She read the memo into the public record. They mentioned how they were libeled as very dangerous people, she talked of the power in words and read from the FBI's website how they are defining "Sovereign Citizen." She then went in to get the minutes on Friday Aug. 12, 2016 and found how they did not transcribe their words. To take it a step further, here is an article in the Delta County Independent by Pat Sunderland published August 10th 2016 talking about our hosts questioning the libel given them by this memo, published 1 day before they spoke with Charles Kettle, the interim police chief on Aug. 11, 2016.  Were we shocked that we were being followed, that the agents were seeking to intimidate and/or manipulate local law enforcement so to become deputized or that tools of slander were being used to stir up the local citizens in anger and fear for our upcoming arrival for the first event? NO!  Agents went to such lengths using the same tactics in Eastern Oregon when LaVoy and others arrived to peacefully petition the government for a redress of grievances ending with our husband and father being assassinated.  Here is yet another example of agents irresponsibly using their delegated control.   After all the leg work had been done a letter was written and sent to the Finicum representatives communicating how we would like a face to face meeting with them to discuss our situation and ways to move forward in building the disintegrating trust between the governed and those who are governing.    COPY OF LETTER: Subject: My mother and I are seeking your advice and support.   Dear …, OVERVIEW OF ISSUE:     My father, Lavoy Finicum, was shot and killed by Oregon State agents, in coordination with Federal agents, on January 26, 2016. My mother, Jeanette, and I have been invited to speak at events around the country to give a voice to our father’s death. Since then, The FBI, BLM and Oregon agents are practicing irresponsible tactics of intimidation and libel with the assumed goal to silence my mother’s and my right of free speech. They have libelously labeled us as an irresponsible group known as “Sovereign Citizens.”. And they have sought to be deputized and raid an event, held for us, outside of their jurisdictions. My mother and I are seeking to remedy these irresponsible actions, through your advice and support. We sincerely desire and seek a relationship process that includes rebuilding trust between us and our governors. THE HISTORY OF THE ISSUE: A meeting took place roughly around June 20th – 28th, 2016 involving the FBI, BLM, Oregon State and Delta County agents. We do not know who organized the meeting in Grand Junction, CO (Mesa County) but it has been assumed the FBI, BLM and Oregon officials led the meeting. Delta County Sherriff Fred McKee and Charles Kettle who is the Delta, CO interim police chief attended the meeting. Barbara Hulet (organizer of the event for my mother and I) along with other individuals met with Sheriff McKee and Chief Kettle to confirm the meeting and their attendance. The sheriff and police of chief were very concerned about not disclosing any names of the agents who were there or any other details such as who organized the meeting, why it was organized, when the exact date and location was etc.   They did disclose how the agents were asked permission to conduct a raid on the symposium that was being held at the Delta Fireside Inn, 820 Highway 92 in Delta, CO (Delta County) scheduled for July 6th, 2016. Fortunately, the Delta Sheriff Fred McKee and Charles Kettle, the interim police of chief did not give them permission to raid the event. They expressed how many people in the event would be carrying a fire arm on their person and how they had a right to do so. Barbara thanked the Sheriff and expressed how there were children at this event (including my children and Barbara Hulet’s daughter). Barbara Hulet found a memo labeling all those who attended the July 6th symposium as “Sovereign Citizens”. This memo was sent out to the Delta City Council, Interim city police and all department heads. She filed an open records request on July 20th 2016 to get a copy of that memo (SEE ATTACHED). This memo was dated June 28th 2016, 8 days before the event that I, Thara Tenney spoke at. It specifically stated how my father, LaVoy Finicum was labeled as a “Sovereign Citizen” and how his wife, Jeanette Finicum would be in attendance. There is no evidence my father was a member of or made any public declaration of support for “Sovereign Citizens”. He always instructed us to be responsible citizens with a responsible government. On Aug. 2nd Rosemary Anderson, Bev Watts and Barbara Hulet (individuals who helped organize the July 6th symposium I spoke at that the FBI wanted to raid) went to the City of Delta's council meeting. They read the memo into the public record. They mentioned how they were libeled as very dangerous people, Rosemary talked of the power in words and read from the FBI's website how they are defining "Sovereign Citizen", Bev Watts spoke of how they don't belong to or support any such groups. When Rosemary, Donna and Barbara Hulet went in to get the minutes on Friday Aug. 12, 2016 they found how they did not transcribe their words. In speaking with Charles Kettle (police chief) he expressed he did not fully understand the meaning of being libeled sovereign citizens. Rosemary told him he needed to write a letter to the editor apologizing and Chief Kettle said he would have to have that approved by his boss Mr. David Torgler, city manager, whose name is on the memo. The apology has not taken place as of 9/1/2016. Sheriff Richard Mack the founder of Constitutional Sheriffs association and Dr. Angus McIntosh founder of Allotment Owners in the Western States also spoke and delivered powerful messages on how property rights and law should appropriately interact with one another. We were so overcome with gratitude for the defendants being exonerated but yet burdened with deep sorrow as our husband and father would have also been exonerated. Rather he was denied his right to a fair trial, he was denied his right to life for merely using his words to educate others of Constitutional principles.         A jury of his peers vicariously found that LaVoy too was NOT GUILTY!

This is a Situation Report from sources on the ground in the vicinity of (IVO) Burns, Oregon, as well as from open source reporting. This SITREP includes information from a SALUTE report generated yesterday* and is augmented with more recent information.
– An estimated 200 federal vehicles are in the town of Burns, Oregon, located at the FBI compound at the Burns Municipal Airport, hotels, and on the roads.
– Including approximately 50 vehicles at the Harney County Sheriff’s Office, we concur with yesterday’s SALUTE report that 400 or more local, state, and federal personnel are on the ground IVO the town of Burns.
– Last week, the FBI compound at the Burns Municipal Airport consisted of one modular tent, a directional microwave antenna, a “cell on wheels” antenna, and a satellite dish mounted on a communications vehicle.
– In the past several days, the FBI presence has significantly increased to three modular tents, six equipment trailers, and one to two dozen mobile light towers, in addition to dozens of additional personnel. Sources on the ground say the increase consists mostly of tactical teams, as opposed to support teams.
– Multiple sources also report that the FBI and other law enforcement demeanor has changed to “almost hostile” towards the Pacific Patriots Network.
 
ANALYST COMMENT: Analysts concur that the ramp up of federal personnel and equipment is sufficient to put a cordon in place around the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, and possibly set up checkpoints IVO Burns, OR.  One thing missing from the area is the presence of armor, such as Bearcats, Mine-Resistant, Ambush-Proof (MRAP), Cougar or Buffalo military vehicles.  I would not expect a cordon to be put into place without armored vehicles in place, so that may be the best indicator of a future cordon.
Although the FBI now has the capability to cordon and raid the Refuge, we do not expect the FBI to choose violence as a first resort. From the beginning, the FBI has gone on the record and maintained that they want a peaceful resolution. I still believe this to be the case.
Open source media reports the presence of children at the Refuge.  Significant backlash would follow an attempt to clear the compound without first exhausting all negotiations to remove the children from the area.  If children perish during another government onslaught like Waco or Ruby Ridge, a large number of Americans have gone on the record to say that there will be the proverbial hell to pay.  I believe this to be the case, too.
A best case scenario is one that ends with Ammon Bundy and the Occupiers having gotten their point across to the American People without blood being shed by either party.

ACTIVITIES: Shadowing militia throughout town. Hotels filling up with FBI, State Troopers, etc. Sheriff’s dept fully locked down and barricaded.
LOCATION: Burns airport. Most hotels. Sheriff’s department.
UNITS: FBI tac teams, State Troopers, and SDs from around state
TIME: No demands have been made by FBI to vacate facility. Bundy will not vacate until his demands are met.
EQUIPMENT: Multiple large army tents at airport. Approximately 1 dozen light towers, half dozen portable outhouses. Minimum 1 drone. Multiple comms trucks, satellite and antenna. 1 medical response van.
ADDITIONAL: State Police are pulling any vehicle over, including citizens, for absolutely any small violation. Was not case previously to this weekend.

I am curious after watching the last 48yrs of my life how the world turns, from Washington state to Oregon state, Texas state and now Utah. I have seen the loss of Freedom, loss of livelyhoods, lands, and yes even lives, all due to Federal Over Rule, they have forgotten they are our employees, now they act, think, believe they are the Kings & Lords over you and me. I remember when America was once a Free'r Land, honorable, and over all better.

I would like to send out a message to any and all that have had their lives changed, industry harmed, family farms, ranches, dairies, orchards, fishing, crabing, oil, gas, coal, any part of our economy.
Be they the IRS, FBI, CIA, NSA, TSA, EPA, BLM, DNR, NEA, FDA, DCFS, now new ACA obama care, and all the other agencies out there.

By the over regulations, over reaches of Federal Government Agencies of America since 1940.

I would like a place for people to share their stories, to show the pattern of government incroachment upon the people of America over the last 80+ years.
How it has effected our economy, our food supplies, water supplies, energy supplies, education, and over all freedoms.

If your lands were taken, way of life destroyed, your towns impoverished etc.
Being from the Pacific North West, I have seen wood mills eliminated, logging and fishing fleets decimated, farms and ranches destroyed, and the effects it has had on people, towns, etc.


So I hope we can pass this along and encourage all to share their stories, add the facts, links to court cases, documentations, photo's videos, interviews, all evidences needed to verify your story, and to show the dangers of an over reaching National Government that has lost touch with We the People.

There are millions of stories I am sure... I hope we can be a gathering place for them.
