The saga of HARNEYVILLE continues and as it does we are receiving pictures, stories and eye witness testimony that creates more questions than answers. We share what is seen and what others are asking in their search for answers too.

We posted information on our facebook page about people giving us testimony believing documents are being removed, shredded and hidden by the Bureau of Land Management and County of Harney Offices. Further eye witness testimony was given that said boxes were removed from the Court House and offices. We could not confirm this with the court, but we believe that the questions this raises are worth looking into. Residents of Harney and the surrounding area continue to supply us information that we are asked to share and seek answers to.
Yesterday we were sent a picture of a van seen leaving the Burns area. Here is the quote we were given by a Burns Resident who chose to stay anonymous, “ Hello I saw your recent post about shredding documents and I wanted to share a picture that I took, I want to say two weeks ago now. We live in Burns and we were headed to bend for our granddaughter's birthday and this is the van we passed about 60 miles out of Burns headed back towards Bend”, it was further added, “i can give you a exact date 3/11/16 at approximately 4pm”.

Seeking to find out if this van was coming from Harney County we made a call to the i-Secure offices. A nice man answered and said that he could not comment, could not confirm or deny whether Harney County or the Bureau of Land Management were clients of their busines. We also sent an email to the address provided on their website. Here is our email and their response:

We shared the answer from i-Secure with the Burns resident who shared the picture with us this was their answer, “i’m sure not...and by not saying so that screams guilty in my book”. We cannot confirm or deny that this van in the picture is one carrying documents for shredding from Harney County or the Bureau of Land Management. We have listened to information that says the Bureau of Land Management was seen shredding documents during the time the whistle blowers led by Ammon Bundy were at the Refuge. Who is involved or assisting? We do not know for sure at this time, but we do know the public at large is upset and seeking answers. The people at large believe they are not getting the truth from the public servants.
The Bureau of Land Management and Harney County public servants have created a frenzy among the public for truth. They have upset the public at large and appear to have acted under the color of law. So many people are reaching out for truth, for answers and we are doing our best to direct the information to those who may assist in finding the answers.
Did you know that the FBI is the lead agency for investigating color of law violations? We are serious! Isn’t THAT the pot calling the kettle black? Are we seeing another round of the fox in charge of the henhouse? “Move along, nothing to see here?”
Color of Law ViolationsU.S. law enforcement officers and other officials like judges, prosecutors, and security guards have been given tremendous power by local, state, and federal government agencies—authority they must have to enforce the law and ensure justice in our country. These powers include the authority to detain and arrest suspects, to search and seize property, to bring criminal charges, to make rulings in court, and to use deadly force in certain situations.Preventing abuse of this authority, however, is equally necessary to the health of our nation’s democracy. That’s why it’s a federal crime for anyone acting under “color of law” to willfully deprive or conspire to deprive a person of a right protected by the Constitution or U.S. law. “Color of law” simply means the person is using authority given to him or her by a local, state, or federal government agency.The FBI is the lead federal agency for investigating color of law violations, which include acts carried out by government officials operating both within and beyond the limits of their lawful authority. Off-duty conduct may be covered if the perpetrator asserted his or her official status in some way.
Do we REALLY expect the Federal Government to FULLY investigate their own? Well let's pray and quit being their "prey".
To expect transparency when the cards are stacked against the people is a tough reach, but we must reach up and demand it! We cannot allow the injustice to continue and as we seek the answers the questions have to come from a place of integrity and honor, both of which we have seen lacking in the arrests of the team of whistle blowers who are now political prisoners.
What documents are being shredded in Burns Oregon? Has the BLM destroyed evidence too? The serious nature of what is being asked should make any real peace keeping, Oath abiding public servant come to the same conclusion, “Transparency has not been used and the Federal Government is not being forthcoming. What we are seeing is a railroading of American Patriots.”
