While the Obama administration shuts down Border Patrol stations and loosens U.S. immigration policy, a new report by the House Judiciary Committee reveals that upwards of 36,000 illegal aliens were cut loose by federal law enforcement between 2006 and 2011. A number of these illegal immigrants went on to commit 19 murders and 142 sex crimes.
“The crimes charged against these illegal immigrants include nearly 2,000 DUI (11.9%), over 1,400 drug violations (8.8%), and more than 1,000 major criminal offenses and violent crimes (6.9%), including murder, assault, battery, rape, kidnapping, child molestation, domestic abuse, lynching, stalking, and torture,” the report says.

The report, issued today, was conducted by the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service (CRS) and contains an “analysis of crosschecked data” from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that was subpoenaed by the House Judiciary Committee last November. The Committee subpoenaed DHS after the Obama administration’s announcement to stop deporting some illegal aliens identified by Secure Communities, a program that flags illegal immigrants who have been arrested and booked in local jails, according to the report.
“President Obama’s reckless amnesty agenda is dangerous and deadly for Americans.  Rather than protect the American people he was elected to serve, President Obama has imposed a policy that allows thousands of illegal immigrants to be released into our communities,” Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) said in a statement. ”They have committed thousands of more crimes, including 19 murders, 3 attempted murders, and 142 sex crimes, which could have been avoided.”

He continued: “For example, after an illegal immigrant was released, he and another illegal immigrant were arrested on suspicion of killing a man.  And this is just one case.  Illegal immigrants released from jail have committed other crimes, including nearly 2,000 DUI, over 1,400 drug violations, and more than 1,000 major criminal offenses and violent crimes, which consist of murder, assault, battery, rape, kidnapping, child molestation, domestic abuse, lynching, stalking, and torture.”

These are the “key findings” from the CRS report:

• The data provided to the House Judiciary Committee by DHS includes 276,412 records of charges against illegal and criminal immigrants identified by Secure Communities between October 27, 2008 and July 31, 2011.  There are 159,286 unique individuals in the database and 205,101 unique arrest incidents.
• Of those released, CRS found that about 17% of illegal and criminal immigrants, or 26,412, were rearrested on criminal charges.   These 26,412 recidivists accounted for a total of 42,827 arrests and 57,763 alleged violations.
• The categories of crimes charged include nearly 8,500 DUI (14.6%), over 6,000 Drug Violations (10.9%), more than 4,000 Major Criminal Offenses (7.1%), which includes murder, assault, battery, rape, and kidnapping, nearly 3,000 Theft (4.9%), and over 1,000 Other Violent Crimes (2.1%), which includes carjacking, child cruelty, child molestation, domestic abuse, lynching, stalking, and torture.
• These crimes committed by both illegal and legal immigrants include 59 murders, 21 attempted murders, and 542 sex crimes.
• Of those rearrested, nearly 30%, or 7,283, were illegal immigrants. Since 46,734 illegal immigrants were released, this means they have a recidivism rate of 16%.  These illegal immigrants should have been deported but the Obama administration’s lax immigration policies released them back into our communities.
• The crimes charged against these illegal immigrants include nearly 2,000 DUI (11.9%), over 1,400 drug violations (8.8%), and more than 1,000 major criminal offenses and violent crimes (6.9%), including murder, assault, battery, rape, kidnapping, child molestation, domestic abuse, lynching, stalking, and torture.
• These crimes committed by illegal immigrants include 19 murders, 3 attempted murders, and 142 sex crimes.

If you watched the Olympic Opening Ceremonies on NBC Friday, you probably caught a lengthy and rather awkward interview between Ryan Seacrest and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps that seemed just a little out of place. Well, it turns out, it was. Apparently, for unspecified reasons, NBC decided not to air a portion of the opening ceremonies that paid tribute to the 7/7 terrorist attacks in London that claimed 52 victims.

The song and accompanying dance were a tribute to the victims of the 7/7 terror attacks in London that claimed 52 victims days after the 2012 Summer Olympic hosts were named.[...]
Regardless, it was a rather significant and emotional moment in the opening ceremony, coming just before the parade of nations—and it wasn’t aired in the United States. Instead, viewers were treated to a lengthy and meaningless Ryan Seacrest interview of Michael Phelps. NBC regularly excises small portions of the opening ceremony to make room for commercials, but we’ve never heard of them censoring out an entire performance—especially to air an inane interview.

“I am disappointed,” said Londoner Akram Khan, who choreographed and danced in the segment. “I am really sad that I couldn’t show the work in America, and that really upsets me, because I don‘t think it’s any more or less than the other pieces. It brings to mind the question … that maybe it’s too truthful.”
But NBC says it had no indication that the segment was a reference to the terrorist attacks.
“Our program is tailored for the U.S. television audience,” said NBC Sports spokesman Greg Hughes. “It’s a credit to (ceremony director) Danny Boyle that it required so little editing.”

Glenn Beck packed Dallas Cowboys stadium to the brim on Saturday, July 28, for his highly anticipated Restoring Love rally, where he called for a return to a culture of service to “make America better than it is today.”
Restoring Love, for Beck, is much more than a series of events, but rather the beginning of a movement dedicated to reclaiming the values that have slowly been slipping away from our society.
The evening’s festivities kicked off with one of the most powerful renditions of the Star Spangled Banner most have ever heard, performed by newly naturalized American citizen Alex Boye. He was accompanied by a choir and the moment brought Beck to tears.

The atmosphere was electric and the energy palpable as the audience then welcomed the man behind Restoring Love onto the stage with a rousing standing ovation.
He explained that Restoring Love is the conclusion of a trilogy that included Restoring Honor, which was held in Washington, D.C. in 2010 and Restoring Courage, held in Israel in 2011.
“To have honor, you must be true to God,” he said. “To have honor, you must have faith.”
Below, Beck introduces Restoring Love:
Beck said that “courage” is critical if a person seeks the truth and that love is not just about “hugs and kisses,” but about service and charity.

America is great because “Americans are good.”
Beck then introduced a special segment dedicated to prayer and people’s individual faith in God. Originally, it was intended that the Reverend Billy Graham would deliver the evening’s prayer, but since he could not be in attendance, Beck said the only other option is that the prayer “comes from you.”
The moving video below chronicles faith-keepers from all different walks of life, sharing why they pray and what they pray for, from guidance for our elected leaders to the healing of a loved one.

Because music is such a transformative force in our culture, the night was filled with performances by recording artists who each had a positive message of charity and love to share. The first musical interlude of the evening was delivered by Alaska-raised recording artist, Kalai, who performed his original song, “All Rise – Pray.” The lyrics spoke about praying for peace and rising again in the face of adversity.
Beck took to the stage after Kalai concluded to showcase the other important part of the evening — a review of our nation’s priceless artifacts – some of which came directly from our Founding Fathers. America’s “inheritance” included a Liberty Bell, a cannonball from Gettysburg, and a rare bible (there are only eight in existence) that was actually printed by Congress and given to men serving in the nation’s armed forces. Beck also showed off an extraordinary painting of George Washington kneeling in prayer in the snow at Valley Forge.
“George Washington was no ordinary man,” Beck noted before Kevin Kern performed his song, “America’s Song,” dedicated to the nation’s first president. The lyrics spoke of Washington leading the charge at Valley Forge, his faith in God, and his journey from the plow to the highest office in the land.
“We’re still looking for another one [Washington],” the lyrics rang.
“So often America is in need of somebody — a leader — as great as George Washington,” Beck said in response as he came back on stage and spoke about our nation’s triumphs and tribulations – from the end of slavery to the rise of Jim Crow. He ceded that we’ve never been a perfect nation but that we must study our failures to become better than we were before.

The hymn “Amazing Grace” echoed softly in the background as Beck then sat at Abraham Lincoln’s desk — yes, Honest Abe’s desk — and read an actual letter from our 16^th president. Below is that chilling letter:

If A. can prove, however conclusively, that he may, of right, enslave B. — why may not B. snatch the same argument, and prove equally, that he may enslave A?–

 
You say A. is white, and B. is black. It is color, then; the lighter, having the right to enslave the darker? Take care. By this rule, you are to be slave to the first man you meet, with a fairer skin than your own.


You do not mean color exactly?–You mean the whites are intellectually the superiors of the blacks, and, therefore have the right to enslave them? Take care again. By this rule, you are to be slave to the first man you meet, with an intellect superior to your own.

“This kind of thinking set Lincoln apart,” Beck observed.
“In his day, it was revolutionary. Lincoln ‘sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat’… And freedom did come, ‘like the glory of the morning on the wave.’”
In the spirit of Lincoln, Kalai then performed “Battle Hymn.” The lyrics “glory, glory hallelujah” seemed fitting given the sentiment.
The night was full of so many poignant moments, history lessons, words of wisdom and inspirational music that it would be difficult to encapsulate in its entirety, but the core message of faith, service and a dedication to upholding liberty was clear for all in attendance. Beck explained that history is “an arc that bends in the direction of justice,“ but ”not on its own.”
“We bend it.”
“The Pilgrims said they would build a shining city on a hill,” he added. Perhaps that is why people from over 20 different countries came to Restoring Love — America is the standard by which other nations are judged, the beacon of hope for people of all walks, and from all over the world.

Continuing to weave in America‘s cultural and historic artifacts with the night’s program, Beck then showed the audience the actual helmet General Dwight D. Eisenhower wore on D-Day.

America, according to Beck, has its wounds that need time to heal, but “we have to move forward” and “return to basic truths.”

He explained that those truths include the simplest protest catch-phrase of all: “I am a man.”

Those words, to Beck, are “the first unspoken phrase of our Declaration of Independence.”

“I am a man …and “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Beck concluded the evening with what is being hailed his greatest, most impactful speech yet, charging everyone with a mission “to act, to commit, to shake the future.”
“Make America better than it is today,” Beck urged. “Every generation of America faces this challenge. Every generation. Some succeed. Some fail. Those who have failed, failed because they waited for someone else to act.”

On Saturday evening, Glenn Beck delivered what is, arguably, his most moving and impactful address to date. His “Restoring Love” speech, accompanied by symphonic music, touched upon service, worship and the elements needed to move America forward.

Beck opened by addressing the hard work and dedication that thousands of “Restoring Love” volunteers engaged in when they helped those in need at locations across Dallas, Texas, on Thursday (for more on the Day of Service, click here).
“With all the problems in the world and with politicians giving all those speeches, doesn’t it feel good to do the work?,” Beck said in the speech’s opening. “One million meals have just left the stadium. We’re feeding the hungry in 11 cities.There are churches that can worship again when it rains because we — you –put a roof up.”

Beck went on to praise the audience for serving the poor, elderly and others in great need, claiming that these caring individuals served as a “shelter from the storm” for the downtrodden. The popular commentator also encouraged the audience to make service more than a one-time occurrence.
After addressing service, Beck stressed the importance of history, saying that it “is always alive.”

“History breathes. It doesn’t belong behind glass. It belongs to you,” he proclaimed. “History is where we learn, who we really are, everything we have, everything we enjoy was done by someone else before we were born.”
The nation that allows for such wonderful liberties to be enjoyed was inherited by this generation from those who came before us, he said. Beck went on to say that the current generation cannot be blamed for the mistakes of the past, nor can it be credited for the successes that came before.
The powerful address continued, urging the audience to fight for America’s future.

“We must not become America in name only. We must always strive to be a great country. We don’t have to spend our inheritance,” Beck said. “We can build on it. Invest it. Improve it. Make it bigger and better. That’s your choice. It’s our choice. Our inheritance is America.”
The popular radio and television host had a challenge for those watching: Rather than taking a back seat, he pushed everyone to “act,” “commit” and “shape the future.” The end goal? The make the nation better than it is today.
“I think there are two kinds of Americans,” he continued. “Those who like to be pushed and those who push themselves. Those who see our problems and refuse to see our blessings, and those who see our problems as our blessings.”
He asked the audience to consider which camp they fall into – the one that likes to be pushed or the one that is consistently pushing itself forward.
Beck then went on to discuss past movements and the generations that fought for racial justice. He praised Martin Luther King and his “dream” and said that the civil rights leader “did not wait for the arc of history to bend towards justice.”

Here’s an excerpt from this powerful portion of the speech:

“He and millions like him pushed…they pushed and they pushed uphill.
They pushed and they were pushed back by water cannons. They pushed and they were pushed back by billy clubs and tear gas.
They pushed and they were pushed back on the bridge at Selma. They pushed and they were pushed off the bus in Montgomery.
They pushed and they were pushed into jail. They pushed and some gave their lives…but they never stopped pushing. And in the end…
They bent history towards justice. That was their inheritance to us.”

Beck went on to further stress the importance of history, telling the crowd that it “isn’t about a bunch of dead guys staring at us sternly from the textbooks and the paintings.” Instead, he said everyone is building history with all of the choices we make.
The importance of the decision to act compassionately – to restore love – was at the center of much of his speech. From feeding the poor to helping someone who is hurting, Beck said that Americans are “builders” and “helpers.” The government, he contended, shouldn’t be in the business of stopping people from serving those in need.
He continued:

“We will have a great country again. And a great legacy for our children!
We will not give up. We will not give up our inheritance. We will not give up the right to feed the hungry…the right to care for the sick…the right to run a bake sale!
We will not give someone else…the work of our hearts…the work that we must do. We will do it…because we are already doing it.
I will not let go. I will not sit down. I will not comply. I will not comply. Because I know…I know this: America is not done.”

Beck told the audience to remember that history is a “guide” and “not a guarantee.” He spoke about a “new birth of freedom” and stressed the importance for all Americans to be a part of the process.

For years, liberals and misguided State Department officials have pushed for the U.S. Senate to ratify the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST). This treaty would convey ownership of the oceans to a United Nations agency and give international bureaucrats veto authority over U.S. naval operations and could force the United States to comply with international carbon emissions caps.
Last week, we defeated LOST by securing commitments to ensure it cannot gain the 67 votes needed for ratification.
However, no sooner had the 34th Republican senator signed a letter opposing LOST than the surrender of American sovereignty was put back on the table by foreign diplomats and their internationalist allies in the federal government.
With LOST dead, the new treaties being promoted to take its place include the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Disabled, which calls for government agents to supersede the authority of parents of disabled children and even covers abortion. Also, the Obama administration has begun negotiations on a new U.N. treaty to create international gun control rules that could slowly erode our Second Amendment.
The globalist ideologues behind these treaties are either ignorant of or hostile to the universal human experience that problems are best solved by the people and institutions closest to them. So assured are these masters of their mandate to direct the lives and wealth of other people that they see their routine failures to do so efficiently at the local, state and national level merely as reason to ascend to new heights of international command and control.
Our nation’s founders understood this hubristic temptation of public officials. Thomas Jefferson stated in his inaugural address the principle of “peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none.” Instead, America sought to constrain our actions within the confines of the consent of the people. It is this measure of accountability that fetters both policymaking and policymakers. This is precisely why internationalists prefer to elevate authority wherever possible above democratic accountability.
This explains the feverish effort to join the United States to so many international treaties and conventions on every subject under the sun. It is a backdoor effort to impose extreme liberal policies on Americans who would never vote for them if given the choice.
That was precisely the motivation behind President Obama and Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman John F. Kerry’s effort to ratify LOST in a lame-duck session of Congress, when public scrutiny and accountability would be minimal.
They argue that we need this treaty, which the Senate correctly has ignored since its original completion in 1982, to ensure America’s access to the world’s shipping lanes. Of course, we already have such access, no thanks to a piece of paper, but to the world’s most powerful navy.
In exchange for gaining something it already has, then, the United States would, under LOST, surrender billions, possibly trillions, in royalty payments for oil and gas produced from our Outer Continental Shelf. At the same time, the treaty would expose our citizens to frivolous lawsuits in international courts.
LOST would trade in our Constitution for a vague 200-page compact drafted by foreign diplomats. It would trade in our Founding Fathers for the United Nations, and “we the people” for “you the foreign secretaries we’ve never heard of and didn’t elect.”
This desire to substitute the received wisdom of international committees, led by nations like Sudan and Russia, for the electoral judgment of the American people is the motivation behind LOST and every other sovereignty-peddling treaty making the rounds.
It explains the Kyoto Protocols, which would have handed over American energy policymaking to international green-ocrats. It explains the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child, which would supersede federal, state and local laws, mandating choices and decisions best left to parents.
The same is true for the U.N. Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, which would empower international bureaucrats to set local laws concerning abortion, marriage, day care and even Mother’s Day.
In the end, for all their titles and credentials, the globalists are just liberal politicians with well-worn passports. It is not some new form of international harmony they seek but just larger institutions from which to impose their old, discredited agenda.
They see the U.S. Constitution as an obstacle to progress and so seek to supersede it by any means available to them. The debates about these treaties are not about the legalistic minutiae they contain but the sovereign citizenry they threaten.
The American people’s God-given and constitutionally protected right to self-government must be protected. The fact that our people remain skeptical toward the schemes of international diplomats is a sign of their enduring wisdom.
LOST is dead, for now. But new efforts to hand over American sovereignty to international authority already are under way. Only with the ongoing help and vigilance of the American people can we hope to defeat the next generation of unnecessary, unrepublican and undemocratic treaties.

Glenn Beck at FreePAC

The American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX, was teeming with small-government, liberty-driven conservatives Thursday evening who gathered to attend FreePAC, an event organized by FreedomWorks and that coincides with Glenn Beck’s Restoring Love event. The powerful line-up of speakers included Texas congressional hopeful Ted Cruz, authors Deneen Borelli and Dana Loesch, and concluded with a compelling keynote speech from Beck himself. Having attended FreePAC, I can only attest to the fact that the crowd went absolutely wild and delivered a tremendous standing ovation as Beck walked out onto the stage.
“This is only day one of Restoring Love!” he exclaimed. “If day number one is this good, wait for day number two!”
The global Tea Party movement “is remarkable,” Beck said, referring to people who came from all over the world to learn from American conservatives.
“These people want freedom so bad and they don’t even know how to get it. ‘These are true heroes and this is the beginning of a global movement for freedom for all mankind!”
Beck then invoked a poem by Rudyard Kipling entitled, “The Gods of the Copybook Headings.” When one reads the poem, the message Beck was trying to make is clear:

AS I PASS through my incarnations in every age and race,
I make my proper prostrations to the Gods of the Market Place.
Peering through reverent fingers I watch them flourish and fall,
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings, I notice, outlast them all.
We were living in trees when they met us. They showed us each in turn
That Water would certainly wet us, as Fire would certainly burn:
But we found them lacking in Uplift, Vision and Breadth of Mind,
So we left them to teach the Gorillas while we followed the March of Mankind.

We moved as the Spirit listed. They never altered their pace,
Being neither cloud nor wind-borne like the Gods of the Market Place,
But they always caught up with our progress, and presently word would come
That a tribe had been wiped off its icefield, or the lights had gone out in Rome.
With the Hopes that our World is built on they were utterly out of touch,
They denied that the Moon was Stilton; they denied she was even Dutch;
They denied that Wishes were Horses; they denied that a Pig had Wings;
So we worshipped the Gods of the Market Who promised these beautiful things.
When the Cambrian measures were forming, They promised perpetual peace.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
But when we disarmed They sold us and delivered us bound to our foe,
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: ”Stick to the Devil you know.” 
On the first Feminian Sandstones we were promised the Fuller Life
(Which started by loving our neighbour and ended by loving his wife)
Till our women had no more children and the men lost reason and faith,
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: ”The Wages of Sin is Death.” 
In the Carboniferous Epoch we were promised abundance for all, 
By robbing selected Peter to pay for collective Paul; 
But, though we had plenty of money, there was nothing our money could buy, 
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: ”If you don’t work you die.” 
Then the Gods of the Market tumbled, and their smooth-tongued wizards withdrew
And the hearts of the meanest were humbled and began to believe it was true
That All is not Gold that Glitters, and Two and Two make Four
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings limped up to explain it once more.
As it will be in the future, it was at the birth of Man
There are only four things certain since Social Progress began. 
That the Dog returns to his Vomit and the Sow returns to her Mire, 
And the burnt Fool’s bandaged finger goes wabbling back to the Fire;
And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins, 
As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn, 
The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return! 

“This generation is crying out and waking up,” Beck said after reciting the poem in its entirety. “This is the largest gathering of independent-minded conservatives in American history ever.”
Beck spoke about the 30,000 volunteers who have signed up to participate in a “day of service” for Restoring Love. “It is the largest collection of volunteers doing community service [at once] in America ever,” he added.
Citing the sold-out Dallas Cowboys stadium that will serve as home to Restoring Love, Beck then jested, “I hear there’s a few people coming to the stadium on Saturday as well!”
The energy was palpable and it was clear to see that the audience was swelling with both pride and enthusiasm.
Responding to critics of the Tea Party and conservatives by and large, Beck reminded the crowd that they have “already won” and that if they simply “stick together and ”never engage in hate” then the media, progressives and the liberal establishment will have been proven wrong.
“Everything they say about us is a lie,“ he exclaimed before explaining that they are not ”our enemies“ but rather ”enemies of [God] and man’s freedom.”
“They will destroy themselves. Just give everyone a square deal, be honest…don’t dishonor yourself and serve your fellow man.”
Explaining how we are all witnessing something that only happens every so often, Beck said that “the progressives have woken the sleeping giant again.”

“America is good and America is still good,” he boomed to a standing ovation.

The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.

The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army.
The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.
The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.
The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion).
These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard.
Attorney General Wickersham advised President Taft, "the Organized Militia (the National Guard) can not be employed for offensive warfare outside the limits of the United States."
The Honorable William Gordon, in a speech to the House on Thursday, October 4, 1917, proved that the action of President Wilson in ordering the Organized Militia (the National Guard) to fight a war in Europe was so blatantly unconstitutional that he felt Wilson ought to have been impeached.
During the war with England an attempt was made by Congress to pass a bill authorizing the president to draft 100,000 men between the ages of 18 and 45 to invade enemy territory, Canada.
The bill was defeated in the House by Daniel Webster on the precise point that Congress had no such power over the militia as to authorize it to empower the President to draft them into the regular army and send them out of the country.
The fact is that the President has no constitutional right, under any circumstances, to draft men from the militia to fight outside the borders of the USA, and not even beyond the borders of their respective states.
Today, we have a constitutional LAW which still stands in waiting for the legislators to obey the Constitution which they swore an oath to uphold.
Charles Hughes of the American Bar Association (ABA) made a speech which is contained in the Appendix to Congressional Record, House, September 10, 1917, pages 6836-6840 which states:

"The militia, within the meaning of these provisions of the Constitution is distinct from the Army of the United States." In these pages we also find a statement made by Daniel Webster, "that the great principle of the Constitution on that subject is that the militia is the militia of the States and of the General Government; and thus being the militia of the States, there is no part of the Constitution worded with greater care and with more scrupulous jealousy than that which grants and limits the power of Congress over it."

"This limitation upon the power to raise and support armies clearly establishes the intent and purpose of the framers of the Constitution to limit the power to raise and maintain a standing army to voluntary enlistment, because if the unlimited power to draft and conscript was intended to be conferred, it would have been a useless and puerile thing to limit the use of money for that purpose.
Conscripted armies can be paid, but they are not required to be, and if it had been intended to confer the extraordinary power to draft the bodies of citizens and send them out of the country in direct conflict with the limitation upon the use of the militia imposed by the same section and article, certainly some restriction or limitation would have been imposed to restrain the unlimited use of such power."

Shock Claim: Obama's Kenyan Birth Records Discovered In British National Archives

OBAMA’S KENYAN BIRTH RECORDS DISCOVERED 

IN BRITISH NATIONAL ARCHIVES WHERE LIES GO TO DIE

Evidence discovered shows British Protectorate of East Africa recorded Obama’s birth records before 1963 

and sent returns of those events to Britain’s Public Records Office and the Kew branch of British National Archives.

KEW, SURREY, GB – The last place anyone would think to look for a birth record of someone claiming to be a “natural born” U.S. citizen is Great Britain. The very inclusion of the Article II eligibility mandate in the U.S. Constitution was explicitly intended by the founding fathers of America to prevent a then British-born enemy usurper from attaining the office of the U.S. presidency and thereby undermining the sovereignty of the newly formed nation.

In the absence of honor, courage and justice on the part of those serving in the U.S. Congress and Federal Judiciary, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case investigative group has concluded the only law enforcement analysis of the image of Obama’s alleged “Certificate of Live Birth” posted to a government website in April, 2011 and found it to be the product of criminal fraud and document forgery.

The seeming endless evidence against Obama has now taken investigators to the foreign archives of Great Britain wherein it has been discovered that vital events occurring under the jurisdiction of the British Colony in the Protectorate of East Africa prior to 1965 were recorded and held in the main office of the British Registrar in England until 1995 before being archived in the BNA.

It now appears the worst fears of the U.S. Constitution’s framers were well founded as investigators working on behalf of the ongoing investigation into the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama have found yet another lead in a growing mountain of evidence within the public records section of the British National Archives indicating the occurrence of at least four vital events registered to the name of Barack Obama, taking place in the British Protectorate of East Africa (Kenya) between 1953 and 1963, including the birth of two sons before 1963.

Recall, investigative journalists working for Breitbart.com have already discovered biographical information published by Barack Obama’s literary agent in which he claimed he was born in Kenya. Prior to Obama’s ensconcement to the White House, many international stories also stated that Obama was Kenyan-born as did members of Kenya’s legislative assembly. Since then information on Obama’s ties has been curtailed by government officials as the Obama administration has coincidently paid nearly $4 billion dollars for capital projects in Kenya.

Also, the presence of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, cannot be accounted for from February, 1961, the alleged month of her marriage to Obama, until three weeks after the birth of Obama II in August, 1961 when she allegedly applied for college courses at the University of Washington. Theories about her whereabouts have included that she participated in the Air Lift America project as an exchange student and traveled to Nairobi as one of many recent highschool graduates (see AASF Report 1959-1961).

The record of birth of a second son prior to Kenyan independence is significant because biographical information about Obama’s family indicates Obama Sr. fathered only one other son prior to Obama II’s birth.

The books containing hand written line records of vital events attributed to Obama are contained in Series RG36 of the Family Records section in the Kew branch of the BNA. The hand written line records first discovered in 2009, indicate several events were registered to the name Barack Obama (appears to be handwritten and spelled “Burack” and “Biraq”) beginning in 1953 and include two births recorded in 1958 and 1960, a marriage license registration in 1954 and a birth in 1961. Barack Obama is said to have died in 1982 and had married at least once more in Kenya and had at least one more child in 1968, but no record of these were found in the BNA because, according to the Archives’ desk reference, the events occurred after Kenya achieved independence from British colonial rule in 1963.

To date, Barack Obama II is the only known alleged son of Obama Sr. born after 1960 and before the independence of Kenya became official in 1963.

A request for information from the BNA on the specification of birth information contained in the series of thousands of logs indicates that only vital events registered in Kenya’s Ministry of Health offices were recorded in the registration returns and were placed in the National Archives care before they reached 30 years old (the law was amended to 20 years after creation in 2010).

The line records do not specify the identity or names of the children, only gender. However, the line records are associated with index numbers of actual microfilm copies of certificates, licenses and registration applications filed in the archives. According to researchers, Obama’s line records were discovered in Series RG36, reference books. Not surprisingly, when researchers specifically requested access to the relevant microfilm for the Obama birth registrations, they were told that the records were currently held under an outdated “privileged access” status, meaning researchers were denied access under Chapter 52, Sections 3 and 5 of the British Public Records Act of 1958.

However, evidence shows these records were available for public access before August of 2009, the approximate date of arrival of Hillary Clinton in Great Britain during her trip to Africa that year.

Several sources show that Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton made a sudden visit to the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the British agency which oversees Public Records Archives from colonial protectorates, to speak with the Chief Executive of the Archives in early August of 2009. African news agency expressed surprise at Clintons arrival since she did not announce her intentions of stopping in Great Britain before embarking on her two week trip to Africa.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., says probably the only way that the American public will get to the bottom of the mysteries surrounding Barack Obama’s birth records – and why a birth document would have been forged – is for Congress to investigate.

Arpaio, whose investigators just days ago held a news conference to report evidence confirms the birth certificate image released by the White House in 2011 is a fake, was discussing the issue with talk show host Peter Boyles of KHOW in Denver.

“The only way we’re going to get to the bottom of this … someone and I don’t know who, has to look into this and really make a full-fledged investigation and take everything we have and move forward,” Arpaio told Boyles.

“Who do I go to? The U.S. government? I’m in a box. [What we need is for] Congress to open up hearings, get a special prosecutor and let’s get with it,” he said.

“I’ve got enough smoke, or even fire, now,” he said.

The sheriff started looking into the situations last year after hundreds of tea party activists in his county came to him with concerns that Obama would use a fraudulent document, his birth certificate image that was posted on the White House website, to become a candidate for president on the Arizona ballot.

Seth is currently looking for a New home to share his skills with and to learn from their years of experiences they can share with him.

He hopes to find another Mechanic's job that will allow him to grow and advance with them while helping the company to the best of his abilities. A company that has a possible long term future.

After much Blood was shed much suffering even Starvation, Exposure to the elements, Our Warriors of the young America even then had to suffer with the politics of the Continental Congress and their inability to keep them supplied with Food, Clothing, Shoes, pay, and the other needed items of war. Still they did struggle in their weakness of heart mind soul, But as Patriots they did stand firm and strong in the goal they had of Freedom from the Tyrant King in England. With the Hand of God and his great mercy upon these who sought the Freedoms God (Not Man) did grant all humanity. They sought only to have the freedom to succeed or fail based upon their own efforts. Even still after Winning Freedom it took some 20+ years and longer for all the then living Revolution War Warriors to obtain the promised lands in payment of their great effort.
We see politicians always seem to stand in the way of common sense and needs, even the simplest things are confounded by them. What to do. Today in 2012 we find that our Federal Controlled public school systems from K - 12 and Colleges and Universities are in lacking. Since God was Forbidden from schools, since the True History of our Nations Founders and the events of that time have in the last 100 yrs been lost, hidden, forbidden to be taught by the Progressive people who have great influence over your lives, your children's and the future. They with the power granted in the NEA, National Education System, Federalized in the Carter Administration, have caused over whelming Expenses, over taxation's of the public, over payments of the Union controlled Leaderships of the NEA and then the current state of Un-Educated children for generations. Progressives say spend spend and it will be fixed. No common sense, You see the Agenda was to use the power of the unions and the NEA to UN-educate America, the dumbing down of America. And it worked. Was designed in the early 1900's Communist Russia, and its goal has now been obtained.
We live with a President who today declares "You must accept a New History" as well as attacks the U.S. Constitution the Real Law of the Land. He oversteps his boundaries with blatant disregard for Law of any type but that of his own creation.  He is a Tyrant, a Dictator, he has said he would do more but the rules prevent him, and then not long after he does it anyways. He has broken laws, he has aided and supported the Enemies of America with both Food, Tax Payers Monies - your hard earned paychecks, He has sold Tanks, Guns, and other weapons of death to those who have sworn to exterminate us. He has given access to our top secret locations to the Muslim Brotherhood and others who are Enemies of the state, has given them a seat in the White House. This President Obama is the Greatest Threat to the Freedom of America and Humankind in the History of the U.S.A. He and his Czars with their drones in the Senate and House of Representatives over 80 openly admitted Communists under the guise of Democrat's. These who have sworn to destroy America and turn it into a socialist / Maoist / Communist Nation. Why is it that America stands by as this happens? The Main Street News organizations no longer search or share Truth, they do accept the Lies and deceptions given them and do support those who's goal it is to destroy the Freedoms of all Humanity.
Greed, Power, Control, Fame, this is how it happens.
What can be done, America needs to awaken to the desperate situation we face in this Novembers Election's.  If you vote for Obama and those who think as he does - The Obamanation people- then you vote for Slavery, dominion, No Freedom-Tyranny-Death.
If you vote for the other then you vote to Keep your Freedoms, and hope that he can Restore America and move it away from the Cliffs edge of oblivion that Obama is now shoving us over, to the point of we are 88% over the abyss, just anther few pushes and we are Done as the Worlds last Free Nation. What is to be done.
You need to learn and search for yourself about those who are running. Non are Perfect so don't bother looking for one. However pick the one most likely to Support the U.S. Constitution and the Rule of Law. Obama says he does not like nor need the Constitution its an old useless document, Romney wants to Restore it, to use it, to follow it.
We are at a time now, Vote for Freedom or Tyranny. Your choice.
The Enemy Is at your door step, and is in wolfs clothing some days, and just openly public others. Lets look at the Headlines just in the last few weeks.

Anti Abortion amendment defeated in Ohio.
Homeland Security - Funded study lists people who are 'Reverent of the Individual Liberty' as 'Extreme Right-Wing Terrorists. Not the 1st time.
Those who drive pick up trucks, go to Church, Read and Love the U.S. Constitution, own guns of any type, Home school their children, who are Patriots by the 1776 style of thought, those who talk against Tyranny, Dictatorships, Communists, who teach Real True History, those who Oppose the White House and Congress in their agenda's designed to Remove Freedoms, and Empower the Federal Government to have More Control, More Tax-legalized Theft of your hard earned incomes, Those who oppose the Anti-American agenda's-conspiracies yes many are real, Those who Love America, Fly the Flag respect Morality, Respect God, and Pray, are now the Obamanations Ideal Threat Target. These are who Obama and his thugs FEAR thus they are Put on the Obama watch-Homeland Security Threat lists to monitor.
Regardless of those who are blatantly attacking others, threats of murder, rape, theft, exterminations, and worse. These like the Black Panther group who acts just like the Hamas Terror groups, La Raza another hate filled violent group, Muslim Brotherhood - CAIR and others affiliated, Occupy movements,  These the White House Loves, cares for and endorses. They embrace those who are openly hateful who do Demand pain and suffering to others, these they do not put on a terror watch list. Instead send them a check, or look the other way as they commit crimes.
So those who love America, Peace, Freedom who love God and Family Today 2012 = Terrorists or Evil, In 1984 they were called Patriots, True America's.
Those who love Death, Violence, Intolerance of others due to all prejudices of Color, Faith, etc. those who demand death, speak of death, killings, rape and worse, these today are called = Good.  In 1984 they were watched and monitored to Protect America's people in case they choose to full fill their oaths of terror.
What has changed, the Leaderships and the Schooling of our youth over the years. When evil rules, when people of No morals rule, who demand other become immoral and unethical as they are, when they ignore the rules of law, when they go beyond the boundaries set, and get away with it, then these are what leads nations to ruin.
Many will ignore the warnings until it is too late, the citizens of Russia, Germany, China, Cuba, Venezuela, N. Korea, Communist Vietnam, just to mention a few, Most of Africa and the Middle East as well. Have all fallen into slavery both emotional, social, morally, and have given or lost by force their freedoms granted them by God. Most of these did not even put a fight, those who did, were exterminated or sent to re-indoctrination camps.

This will happen in America if it does not awaken from their slumber, it is history, it is repeating, it is here.  Where are you.
