Thank you for visiting. My thoughts & Feelings are my Own.
Here I will share my feelings about America and her Future.
Let it be known to all the World, I love all Humankind, however the poor actions of the few that take away the Freedom's of the many wear on my soul. I don't hate them I feel sad for their foolishness before God and humankind.
Those leaders who seek to 'Keep their Oaths of office' and those who seek only self glory, power, tyranny and the destruction of America as it was founded, hoping to turn it into a Dictatorship, Marxist or other state of Tyranny.
For a long while I was unsure of putting a blog together with my thoughts on this, however Truth must be shared, if not to Awake American's to their dangerous situation then to record the folly of the ways of the wicked who do exist in the leadership of our Nation, States, Counties, Towns. Sad that I must add this page.

Those things in life that really matter, until we make the time." S.T.Huls

Sep 18 2014
Mr. President, one of the most important and solemn duties we have as members of this body is to authorize the use of military force and ask the brave men and women in our armed services to put their lives in harm’s way.
It is a gross dereliction of that duty – and an insult to those men and women – to tack on a military authorization to this must-pass spending bill, just so members of Congress can hurry back home.
If the United States is going to escalate our involvement in a brutal conflict overseas, if we are going to send American troops to arm and train Syrian rebels for their fight against ISIS, we need to debate that decision on its own merits, not as a condition of funding the government. This is the only way for this issue to receive the careful attention and robust debate that it deserves.
We owe it to our men and women in uniform to separate any military authorization from this must-pass spending bill to keep the government funded. If that means we do not get to go home early, so be it. The lives of troops, and the security of the United States, are too important.
Now, I believe, as the President does, that ISIS is a threat to the Middle East and will take any opportunity it gets to kill American citizens. Many of its fighters carry European and even American passports, which will offer them easier access to the United States.
Tracking and stopping these foreign fighters must be a high priority for the President and Congress, and our allies must work to stop the flow of these fighters into and out of the conflict zone.
We must attack their finances, their abilities to communicate and coordinate and access weapons and supplies. The United States can and should act to protect ourselves from this threat.
And there is a clearly defined constitutional process for doing this, which involves the participation of the President as the commander in chief, and members ofCongress as representatives of the American people, invested with the power to declare war.
But are we following that clearly defined and prudent process? No.
Instead, we’re considering an authorization of military force as an afterthought... to a continuing resolution, which itself reduces Congress’s spending authority to another afterthought.
Why? Because, as far as I can tell, some in Congress want to go home early.
This is shameful and unconscionable. It is an insult to the men and women we serve, and the men and women in uniform who serve us all.We should strike the section to arm and train Syrian rebels from the CR and, instead, have a full debate and separate vote on authorizing the President’s strategy to address the ISIS threat.
Forcing an authorization for our military to act in any manner through a Continuing Resolution – up against a government shutdown - does not meet the standards for this process and does not afford the American people, many of whom are service members, a voice regarding our nation’s most important affairs.
We have ample reason to take the needed time to consider this on its own merits.
The idea of arming Syrian rebels has drawn serious concern from members on both sides of the aisle. But so far, only members from certain key committees have been able to debate the specifics of the President’s plan, and even those of us who sit on those committees are still in need of much more information.
I have had concerns for the past year with the proposed tactic of arming Syrian rebels after hearing testimony from our own Intelligence and Defense leaders that what we refer to as the "moderate rebels" are fragmented, decentralized, their memberships fluid, and lacking in common goals, leadership, and level of moderation. This is borne out in press reports from the region almost weekly.
In fact, I asked General Austin, the Commander of CENTCOM, if the U.S. could “guarantee that the assistance we are supplying to moderates in Syria are not being used by or to the benefit of extremist groups who want to attack the United States.”
His answer was: [QUOTE] “No, we cannot guarantee the assistance we provide doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. Undoubtedly, some weapons and funds flowing into Syria wind up in the hands of extremists…”
He continued: The extremists [QUOTE]“work closely with all factions of the opposition and is often aware of logistics and humanitarian shipments into Syria. At times they even acquire and disseminate these shipments to the local populace. This, in turn, benefits [the extremists] in the propaganda war.”
That’s probably why, hardly a month ago, President Obama called the idea of arming Syrian rebels "a fantasy" that was "never in the cards". Now he is seeking authorization for it. In less than a month, what was once a “fantasy” is now the strategy. What was “never in the cards” is now not only in the cards, but it is a card he is playing – and doing so as an afterthought thrown onto a must-pass bill with an entirely different purpose.
On Tuesday, in the Armed Services Committee hearing, when I asked Secretary Hagel about why the President had changed his mind on arming and training the Syrian rebels, Secretary Hagel could not provide an explanation.
This is troubling, to say the least. If there has been some change over the last month in the national security threat or the capabilities and composition of the Syrian opposition groups, why has the President not shared this with our Secretary of Defense? Or if there hasn’t been a change, then is there some reason other than American national security that has caused the President to reverse course?
The American people deserve answers to these questions.
Another important issue that deserves a full and open debate is that this is about more than just arming rebels to fight terrorists.
It became clear through answers from administration officials in our Senate Armed Services hearing on Tuesday that the administration believes that a new government and political structure in Syria is needed for these rebel groups to be successful.
No one doubts that President Assad is a tyrant who has exacted terrible measures on his own citizens. But our constituents need to understand – and I want to be very clear here – the idea of arming Syrian rebels to fight ISIS and Assad while also standing up and supporting a new government in Syria is more like a long-term, nation-building mission than counterterrorism.
The administration has not been clear on this point, and if we are indeed taking steps to toward a nation-building exercise, then we must also debate both the financial and human cost of such an endeavor.
The ISIS threat to the United States is serious, and our response should be given equally serious consideration. When my colleague on the Armed Services Committee, Senator Fischer from Nebraska, mentioned how important she thought it was that this authorization be separate from the CR, Secretary Hagel stated that he agreed it should have a [QUOTE]“more thorough airing with the American people,” but that it couldn’t because Congress was rushing home for recess.
This is not good enough from the United States Senate. It is shameful.
Our constituents expect us to do our jobs, and if that means staying here a few days, then we need to do that. If this plan is the right one, fine. If we need to adjust it or reject it, fine.
But there is no such thing as a must-pass vote of conscience. The American people deserve to have a debate about how and why we are sending their sons and daughters into danger.
We should not set this precedent of sending Americans into harm’s way as an afterthought, on our way out of town – like some kind of political out-of-office reply email. Congress used to be better than this, and I submit that the American people still are.
I urge my colleagues to pull this section from the CR, and have a full debate to give authorization for the President’s actions in the Middle East.

the World learned from the mistakes of their fathers, today we
see that by Re-Education / Propaganda we can Fundamentally
Change History, It starts in the Schools, Government
controlled, You Will accept their forced ideology or you will
Not receive your Federal Handouts / payments for teaching
their agenda's. You see how easy it is to control the schools, the
Future, the Children. Yes even Sevier Schools accept Common
Core / more communist and anti learning, designed to under
educate the children, in other states farther along it has been
Banned! from these states. Due to the dangers it represents. the
NEA founded in the early 1900's by a communist to destroy
America's education and put in charge by J. Carter in the late
1970's, and what has happened, our education has fallen a very
long way, they demand more of our Monies but that is not the
answer, it is not the teachers, or a lack of monies, it is the Way
they teach and what they teach that is dumbing down our
Children and teaching them to become a slave to the system,
submit to the Fed Gov and not to think for themselves, 100yrs
ago the poor little county 1rm school houses taught more and
better and encouraged kids to become, to dream, etc. They
knew more and were smarter on less $ spent on them. Why, it
was How, what they taught. Very different today. How Did
Mao, Hitler, Stalin, and other dictator/tyrants gain control over
their lands after they slaughtered over 200millions in the last
100yrs? they controlled the children, their thinking, and it
worked, they censored truth, free thinking, and sought control
over every aspect of their lives. A lot like the progressive
leaders in DC / White House. They openly lie, steal, threaten,
extort all they can to stay in power, and we the people do
nothing, Warning watch history repeat, you have been warned
many times by the survivors of other lands, stop socialism,
communism, radical Islamism’s etc. or become their slaves.
What shall you do? Idea, look at John Gaults Full Speech
found on YouTube, then think how this once fiction book has
become our reality today, then choose what YOU will do, action
or inaction either way you choose to follow light or darkness.
Putin signs law requiring terrorists’ relatives to pay for damages
Edited time: November 06, 2013 09:54
Under the law, all damages – including moral damage – should be compensated “at the expense of the means of the person committing the terrorist act and also at the expense of the means of his [or her] family, relatives and close people.”
The term “close people” refers to those whose lives, health, and well-being are valued by the terrorist, due to the terrorist’s personal relationships with the individuals.
The law also stipulates that there should be “sufficient reasons” to believe that they received money, valuables, and other property as a result of terrorist activities, or that they generate income from such property.
Moreover, a special mechanism is being created to check the lawfulness of the property of terrorists’ relatives, meaning that the FSB will be given the right to demand such information.
If relatives and close acquaintances of suspected militants fail to provide documents proving their rightful acquisition, the law allows for the seizure of such property.
There is now a limitation of action under this law, which means it could be implemented regardless of the remoteness of a crime.
Harsher punishments for terror activities introduced
The maximum penalty for taking part in trainings with an aim of carrying out terrorist activities, as well as participation in terrorist networks, is currently 10 years in prison and a fine of up to 500,000 rubles (US$15,700). Individuals convicted of organizing a terrorist network can receive 20 years in prison and be ordered to pay a fine of up to one million rubles ($30,800).
Penalties have also been increased for launching, leading, or financing militant groups, with a maximum jail term of up to 10 years (previously up to seven years).
Participation in such groups, including those based abroad, is punishable by up to six years in jail. Until Sunday, the crime was punishable by a maximum of three years in prison, and the law only referred to Russia-based networks.
A special federal body is being created to coordinate the actions of the country’s counter-terrorism structures at all levels.
The law was proposed to parliament by Putin’s office on September 27. It was approved by the State Duma - the lower house of parliament - on October 25 and by the Federation Council – the upper house – on October 30.

Listen to the Last Thing Ted Cruz Tells Audience Before He’s Booed Off Stage at Middle Eastern Christians Event
“Tonight, we are all united in defense of Christians,” Cruz said. “Tonight, we are all united in defense of Jews. Tonight, we are all united in defense of people of good faith, who are standing together against those who would persecute and murder those who dare disagree with their religious teachings.”
He labeled religious bigotry a “cancer with many manifestations,” citing the “genocidal campaign” being carried out by radical Islamic groups like the Islamic State, Hezbollah and Hamas.
The crowd seemingly started to turn on Cruz when he suggested that “Christians have no greater ally than Israel.”
Individuals in the crowd reportedly started booing and shouting, “stop it.”
But Cruz continued even as the boos got louder: “Those who hate Israel hate America. Those who hate Jews hate Christians. If those in this room will not recognize that, then my heart weeps. If you hate the Jewish people you are not reflecting the teachings of Christ. And the very same people who persecute and murder Christians right now, who crucify Christians, who behead children, are the very same people who target Jews for their faith, for the same reason.”
Eventually, Toufic Baaklini, the president of In Defense of Christians, took to the stage and tried to calm down the crowd. When the crowd refused to be quiet and listen to what Cruz had to say, he left them with one final, stinging line before he walked off the stage.
“If you will not stand with Israel and the Jews, then I will not stand with you,” Cruz said. “Good night, and God bless.”
As the Washington Free Beacon reported, “the roster of speakers includes some of the Assad regime’s most vocal Christian supporters, as well as religious leaders allied with the Iranian-backed terrorist group Hezbollah.”
A Cruz spokesperson said the Texas senator decided to headline the event despite some of the associated individuals “because he wants to take every opportunity to highlight this crisis, the unspeakable persecution of Christians.”

Last week JW reported that the militant group Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) is working in the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez and planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED). High-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources confirmed to JW that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border has been issued. Agents across a number of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense agencies have all been placed on alert and instructed to aggressively work all possible leads and sources concerning this imminent terrorist threat.
Juarez is a famously crime-infested narcotics hotbed situated across from El Paso, Texas. Ft. Bliss is the Army’s second-largest installation, spanning more than 1 million acres with an active duty force of 34,411 and headquartered in El Paso. Two days after JW broke the story on ISIS operating in Juarez, Ft. Bliss announced it was increasing security measures. A statement that went out to the media was rather vague, attributing the move to several recent security assessments and the constant concern for the safety of military members, families, employees and civilians.
But senior military officials contacted by JW this week reveal that military installations in the U.S. only make changes to security measures when there are clear and present threats. “It’s a significant issue when this is done,” says retired Army Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, former commander of the Army’s elite Delta Force who also served four years as Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence. “That means they’re getting a threat stream. Ft. Bliss had to have a clear and present threat.”
The inaccuracies to the public appear to be part of a broader effort by the Obama administration to downplay the bloodshed that has long plagued the southern border and now the imminent threat of Islamic jihadists planning a strike as the 13th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil approaches. Remember that Obama’s first Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, famously proclaimed that the border is as secure as it’s ever been even as organized syndicates took over portions of the region, smuggling drugs, humans, weapons and money into the U.S.
Back in 2010 a veteran federal agent disclosed that the government was covering up the growing threat by Middle Eastern terrorists entering the country through Mexico. The U.S. Border Patrol classifies them as OTM (Other Than Mexican) and many come from terrorist nations like Yemen, Iran, Sudan, Somalia and Afghanistan. The feds call them SIAs (Special Interest Aliens) and the government doesn’t want Americans to know about them or that ISIS is operating adjacent to a major American city. “ISIS is working with the drug cartels,” confirms retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, who’s regularly briefed by high-level contacts in the region. Besides Ft. Bliss, Maj. Gen. Vallely believes another Texas Army base, Ft. Hood, is also a target for Islamic terrorists.
As we all know, Ft. Hood was already attacked by a radical Army psychiatrist (Nidal Malik Hasan) who murdered 13 colleagues and wounded dozens of others as he chanted “Allahu Akbar!” (God is great in Arabic). Hasan had ties to a radical mosque leader (Anwar al Awlaki) who promotes jihad against the U.S., attempted to contact Al Qaeda associates prior to the attack and defended Islamic suicide bombers in comments he posted on the internet.
Hundreds of miles across the Lone Star State, geography makes Ft. Bliss an exceptionally big target at the moment, JW’s military experts say. For starters it’s a sensitive compound that sits near a notoriously porous border adjacent to a Mexican city long run by heavily armed drug cartels. As the anniversary of 9/11 approaches and ISIS establishes itself in Juarez, there’s no question the El Paso Army base is vulnerable, military experts told JW this week.
“Given how easy it is to cross the border terrorist can easily cross it,” Lt. Gen. Boykin said. “We’ve known for some time that terrorist elements have entered the U.S. through Mexico. This is nothing new.” Actually, Islamic terrorists are likely planning multiple attacks in the border region, including perhaps malls and power grids, according to Maj. Gen. Vallely, who assures that the cells are quite sophisticated. “They are well organized and well-funded,” he said.
